——以企业成败命运的考察为核心
内容提要：汉冶萍公司和八幡制铁所为中日两国历史上的重要钢铁企业。清末民初，两
家企业呈现出一成一败的迥异命运。就先天发展条件而言，两家企业各具优势，也各有
不足，并不必然决定此后的命运。抛开微观层面的企业经营管理因素不论，汉冶萍公司
和八幡制铁所命运各异，应从更宏阔的国家层面考察。由于近代中国积贫积弱，政府无
法持续有效提供钢铁企业发展所必须的各项扶植政策，使汉冶萍不得不直面激烈的市场
竞争。然清末民初中国国内钢铁市场的有效需求十分有限，汉冶萍不得不转而依靠日本
市场，最终沦为日本钢铁产业的附庸。相比之下，日本政府自始至终大力扶植八幡制铁
所，推动企业规模不断扩张，加之日本工业化迅猛发展，为八幡制铁所的发展提供了充
足的市场空间。这为八幡制铁所的经营成功奠定坚实基础。国家扶植力度大小和市场环
境优劣是导致两家企业一成一败命运的核心因素。

迎。有了绿萍，顺理成章地我们推出了朱颜，红绿相依，煞是可人。朱颜的口味也是琴手
定的，他选了一种cranberry的酸味，奶油仍然用温和的香草。我把绿萍的味道调成了两
种，和朱颜一起买的客人，我就会建议他买奇异果味的，但是喜欢青苹果味的人也很多，
我和琴手也偏爱这一种。很多女孩子都喜欢买彩虹，那是一款水果夹心的奶油蛋糕，topp
ing和夹层水果的颜色都调得很亮丽，口感上偏酸，有点像记忆中的水果糖的味道。我们
的客人越来越多，我听到女孩子们讨论蛋糕的口味和那个“酷酷的琴手”。人们已经开始
把麦香叫做琴声了。我很高兴，因为这样一来，就连在形式上麦香也有了琴手的一部分。

by William Ford and William Topp.
It's good to me in that it provides you the details
how to implement various data structures from scratch
and the reason why/how to select the underlying data
structures to implement associative containers.
The attached programs are good source to learn programming
as well as data structure. You may need to debug some of the
programs though. But it's also a good practice, isn't it? |
