India has the emerged as the world's largest rice exporter in 2012 beating
its Asian counterpart Thailand with shipment of 9.75 million tonnes,
according to United States Department of Agriculture's (USDA's) latest

1979年，朴正熙在晚宴中忽然被韩国CIA金局长刺杀，起因貌似朴正熙的车侍卫长和金
局长不和，最后激化成金局长设了了晚宴，把车侍卫长和朴大统领一起干掉了，这是不
是和不厚王局事件颇为类似？
实际上是韩国当时想发展自己的核武器，米国坚决反对，朴正熙说了类似当掉裤子也一
定要把核武器搞出来的话，而且背地里很看不起卡特这个农民总统。 米国看没法挽回
，就设了局，让丫的内讧。米国对朴槿恵有杀父之仇，对韩国有分裂民族之恨，所以中
日韩三国，最反米的是韩国就不奇怪了。 2003年仁川市民把麦克阿瑟的statue都
topple了， 因为暴露了战时米军在老根里对朝鲜平民的血腥屠杀。

其实第一个原因还更主导一些。
另外，有众多类似对手互相拉练的拉锯战争也是科技的催化剂。所以春秋战国是中华文
明的轴心时代。多少科学家是法国炮兵学校训练出来的。
毕升之后，中国的文人统治阶层（江南人）完全不适应战争。所以胜利者总是胜利地太
快太轻易。全是没死几个人，就胜利了。好比满清征服全中国，没死几个人。死的还都
是在和蒙古的战争中（雍正说的）。
因此，催化剂没法发挥作用。甚至战争之后，科技大退步（比如清朝代替明朝，又以骑
射为本），胜利者觉得失败者的科技完全无用。其实不是科技无用，而是掌握科技的人
太没用。
看欧洲人打成什么样，经历了三百年和平的大清，在鸦片战争不败才没有天理。大清的
军队是酒囊饭袋，英军是身经百战。

This should happen in China. They tried in 1990 but the govt murdered
thousands of innocent civilians buy using the army. The communist govt must
be toppled and brought down. The sooner the better. To bad this article and
