感觉过去150年，主要的数学进展都跟topology有关；
数学，在藕看来，处理“数”和“关系”；
主要处理“数”的，藕认为应该分到analysis；
主要处理“关系”的，藕认为应该分到topology；
根据藕的这种分发，近代的几何学和代数，既然是处理“关系”的，就完全是topology
的范畴，而不是现在的把代数和topology平等对待；
当analysis跟topology统一的那天，数学就到了极致了； |

主要是很混乱；
该damn logical的学问却被一群illogical的人弄得乱七八糟；至少符号系统就是很混
乱的；
有没有大牛指点几下？？？
藕工程背景，只学过数分、泛函，学拓扑觉得很难；
诶；
topology这种学问在藕看来，必须是咬文嚼字地推，但, topologists自己可能比较清
楚which is being talked about，写出来的东西却很歧义，所以藕觉得这个游戏很难
玩；
还有，数学，是讲究先来后到的，后面的可以引用前面的，但前面的是不应该引用后面
的；可是藕看的topology的书都颠3倒4；迭代，有时候是不可避免的，但应该尽量避免
啊；
有没有大牛指点几下？？？ |

发帖数: 3453 | 6 每个球队是个vertex，每场比赛是一个edge，整个NCAA赛季到了赛季末就是一个
directed graph，做个topological sort就能知道排名了。
可能的例外：
1）如果graph里边有环，就把整个环里包含的edge全部去掉
2）如果有topological sort上，并列的vectex，就把并列的vertex看成root，然后赢
过的球队看成这个root的children，把所有的children的children都算进来，算个总数
，数目大的排在前边，这就行了 |

发帖数: 911 | 37 DNA是双链螺旋结构,大家都是清楚的.1963年后广泛观察到呈现环状结构的DNA分子.
这样一来DNA的双链各自分别成环,纠缠在一起, 这是一个特别强烈的拓扑限制.
细胞分裂涉及DNA复制, 这种拓扑纠缠必须要打开. 一种酶叫topoisomerase的
拥有这种解疙瘩的功能----它使得环壮DNA的segments可以穿越另外一个segment,
这样就把纠缠解开了. 简单说这酶的功能就是剪刀, 它附在dna某一处,然后在
这个地方剪个口子, 然后让另外一个segment从口子穿过去, 随后再把这口子修复.
关于topoisomerase II,已经有一些成熟的结果:
1. 整个剪开,修复的反应过程被证明不需要能量;
2. 这酶带得有ATP,而且确实在反应过程中ATP反应了. 以前不清楚这部分能量
用来干什么.
于是根据1,和热力学第二定律, 反应的最终结果, 不同的DNA topology distrbution
必须是热力学平衡态分布. 这个结论被想当然的一直接受,直到1997,rebenkov作了
一个实验发表在science,结果发现最终分布根本不是热力学平衡分布, 差别极大 |
