Feel very sorry for Dr. Toor and Dr. Wang.
It is absolutely wrong to kill, no matter what.
Without doubt, because of the huge language and cultural barrier, many
Chinese residents have the experience of being mistreated or abused.
At the time when there is no strong Chinese medical community to offer help,
as an individual, the best way is not to fight back, with a gun, instead,
the best way is to avoid confrontation and to protect yourself.

deserve to be killed, he might have done something which "killed" Dr. Wang's
soul, and bright future.
It is extreamely sad to families of both side.

27日公布的警方报告显示，被控枪杀耶鲁大学印度裔医生图尔（Vajinder Toor）的华
人失业医生王立山（Lishan Wang，音译），其车内发现他印出的另外两个人的资料和
1000发子弹。那两个人和图尔曾与王立山在纽约一家医院共事，而且直接涉及王被医院
开除。
44岁的王立山在纽海文高等法院过堂时，检察官乔因纳（Devant Joiner）表示，调查
人员还在王立山的汽车内，发现三把手枪、装有子弹的弹匣、从乔治亚驾车至开枪现场
的谷歌地图指示、一顶假发、铁锨和一把刀以及一张图尔的照片。手枪与命桉现场发现
的子弹壳相符。
针对王立山还印出另外两个人的资料，警方表示「若我们没抓到他，我们不知道他下一
步计画会是什么」。警方未公布这两人的姓名，但据悉他们也是王立山参加住院医生训
练计画的医生。

WRONGFUL DEATH, the civil action Toor's widow may charge against Wang might
be in a magnitude that bankrupts Wang. So any money left in the accounts
under WANG will be gone.
If you mean to help the widow. simply send money to Wang as a reserve fund
and the action will drain it.
If you want to help MA LAND AND THEIR CHILDREN, ESTABLISH A FUND UNDER THEIR

designating the fund for Wang family only, rather than the family, since it'
s been reported that law suit is being initiated to them from Dr. Toor's
family.

goes to Dr. Wang’s family.
Most residents or medical professionals, eg. Dr. Liu or Drman, have Indian
coworkers or supervisors, they have to feel guilty, say sorry, and want to
donate money to A3’s family. They want to get out of trouble and to survive
! They are selfish, good medical doctors, but poor politicians.
In the future when I match as a medical resident, maybe I’ll become a

的自家公寓的停车场取车，冷不防被躲在一旁的王立山开了数枪。杜尔的妻子听到停车
场处传来枪声，便急匆匆赶了过去，发现了持枪的王立山，丈夫则已倒在血泊中。怀孕
已有5个月杜尔的妻子并不认识王励山，厉声责问王立山到底在干什么。王立山调转枪
口，向杜尔的妻子开了枪。杜尔的妻子急忙躲到一辆车子后面，才逃过一劫，没有受到
伤害。
王立山被捕，保金为200万美元。
王立山和杜尔医生曾在纽约布碌仑的金斯布鲁克犹太医学中心共事，王是住院医生。
报道说几年前王当时在加护病房工作。当班时擅离职守，几个小时不回复医务人员的呼
叫。杜尔当时相当生气，当众训斥了王，王很觉得没有面子，也当众威胁杜尔。
纽约布碌仑的金斯布鲁克犹太医学中心 2008年5月22日将王立山停职留薪，理由是王立
山不能控制自己的情绪，随后医院给王立山发出一封公函，说医院决意将他解雇.
