like many professionals nowadays who simply show off techniques, their dance
is really a DANCE with a soul, telling a story layer by layer, step by step
, so expressive and delicate. epecially their last rumba "endless love".../

haha, btw, Allan Tonsberg looks soooo classy in blonde~~~i first got to see
him in those 5 teaching videos. and he had black hair as far as I remember.

看她的video不多，就youtube上那几段
但是极端喜欢。特别是有一段syllabus rumba 教学录像
serena跳得又准又狠，非常有力，一点不比allan逊色
还有一段wss上的rumba, 俩人做一个break的时候她把allan推得差点没一跟头，
超级可爱

when I saw her in the syllabus rumba :) I was thinking "geeze, do I need to
dance that tough?"
I happened to find these online, Allan's comments on Serena and Carmen:
"March 1999 I joined together with Serena Lecca. I have always liked her
style and admired her as a lady dancer. I soon discovered that she was even
better than I thought. I think there is something natural about her. She is
down-to-earth and has a natural Latin feel. |

i only watched those youtube clips of him and one clip of him dance
in a blackpool seminar. i don't like his style much. he seemed
weak compare to the powerful serena...

quite deeply impressed by his professional yet beginners syllabus moves. I
was a fan of him and he is the one who gave me strong feelings and
encouraged me
to start seiously taking classes.
The girl who dances with him, I dont know name, I like her very much too.

when the first i saw him in blonde. i watched his teaching videos first,
and it looks like a middle-age guy dancing w/ a teenage girl, haha :P i was
more imprssed by Serena than Allan then. then i got to see their show
cases and comp videos, he looks soooo classy in white top and blonde hair.
haha, somehow i felt he should be a standard guy but dancing latin :) |
