觉得屁股和大腿处紧紧的 经过这三个月的健身 明显感觉裤子开始变松了是在11月初
，以前穿的裤子屁股处紧紧的 现在不仅宽松了 天气冷了还能在里面加条秋裤哈哈 看
看对比照片可能我size整个没有太大变化 不过确实感觉自己在一点点的tone up 尤其
是最后一张后前一张比感觉胳膊tone up了不少。

可以‘tone' muscles.
首先讲讲什么叫'muscle tone', 生理上这个概念就是指你在静止时肌肉会有持续的低
频率收缩，从而保证你的身体能有正常的姿势，和做几百次重复没任何关系。这种多次
重复对增加肌肉大小和改变形状也没什么太大帮助，一般的重复次数，即使是练
endurance, 也不过是20-60。从有氧的角度来说，它的好处也有限，因为有氧侧重的是
全身肌肉的协调配合。
当然你可以说我就爱这么练。；）

Then I looked at text book skin color for Caucasian skin, CMYK should be C:
13% M:28% Y:33%, which translate to H:20, S:34
for Asian skin, CMYK C: 19% M: 33% Y:50%, which translate to H:30, S:36
So, my guessing is if I adjust white balance to perfect white, then do a
slit toning, for let's say H:20, S:34, over both highlight and shadow, will
that be an easier way of correcting skin tone? |

手法得出的全自动修图技能。
看来我一直活在石头底下，居然本不知道auto tone这回事。。。这下好了，我这个懒
人最喜欢拥抱一切可以简化作业流程的改进！终于可以不用像民工一样机械性地花几个
小时拉各种slide调节来调节去了。万岁！
这下可以安心放弃DxO，专门投入Lightroom怀抱了。没了lens profile, smart
lighting的优势，DxO也就剩下view point和Prime noise reduction功能吸引我。
希望Google把Adobe买了，我比较迷信Google的AI技术，如果能和Lightroom的摄影经验
结合起来的话就无敌。希望有一天AI把裁图也包办了，我能把脑子扔了照样修出大师图。
期待某一天机器人的作品能在blind test里超越艺术家，竖一根明晃晃的中指给艺术家

但是low energy这种标签既有效又不算直接的人身攻击。比较soft tone.
但是杀伤力却有万倍。
攻击rubio要着重他的腐败，和缺席议会。
攻击cruz要着重他liar， 造谣说谁谁退选，说自己不知道是加拿大公民，。。。 |
