Green Bay — The Green Bay Packers like practice squad quarterback Scott
Tolzien so much that they were willing to jack up his salary to the second-
year veteran minimum in order to keep him from signing with another team.
The Packers increased Tolzien's salary from $6,000 per week to a base salary
of $544,999, according to figures listed on the NFL Players Association
website. The upgrade appears to have been made late last week. |

playing behind a less durable/competent QB, but right now, it's only between
Packers and Giants.
And you may be right, at Giants, he will likely be the 3rd string QB behind
Carr, but at Packers, he will be the 2nd. But in GB, he can't do any better
than what he had done. He needs to show he can play in another system. If he
can beat Carr in practice and rise to 2nd on the depth chart, it will do
him a lot of good.

wondering where the hell was this guy from. He looked very established. How
could that kind of players have backed up for the garbage Tolzien? To be
frank, traditional Badgers games were ugly because dominating OLs were
consistently protecting below average QBs. |

我觉得我们的进攻一切都来自于强大的OL。孙红雷的这几年手下的OL就没有弱过，从
Joe Thomas到Carimi，都是全国OL最好的几个人了。
在这个的基础上挑选大个子RB和传球准确的QB，进攻体系就完成了。
我看好wilson，即使传球不一定有tolzien那么准确，但是更能跑。
不过今年似乎没有前两年的那样好的TE了，Graham和Kendricks都去NFL了。不知道有没
有人顶上来。 |

发帖数: 2499 | 35 传球成功率不完全说明问题，Tolzien的特点就是求稳，甚至有点儿过于谨慎。不过有
这么好的跑功，没必要传那么多次。记得去年打我米，Wisconsin下半场一共就传了1次
，直接地面上解决问题。 |

制。
我印象一个play，UNLV也试过往LOS附近堆人，结果被自己的CB 1 on 1被wisco的WR爆

发帖数: 252 | 42 昨天首发的菲利普斯其实按我威的标准，是合格的QB，能把球交给跑锋，偶尔玩个play
-action，能自己跑几码，不掉球，这就行了。当然，昨天有几个传球，能看出来他还缺
少比赛经验，球太着急出手。这个是和他比较不幸的经历有关，一年半之内断3次ACL。
他能得到上场的机会，很替他高兴。
如果不是他受伤，我威应该不用把威尔逊找来，去年就该是菲利普斯首发。看他的3场球
，应该能打出John Stocco和Scott Tolzien那样的水准。
要是今年赛季一开始就有他，我们输掉的比赛，能有一半赢回来，我威的水准，正常情
况，就是那样的9-10胜。当然，要是威尔逊能多一年，今年打11胜，甚至是12胜，也有
可能的。
明年不出意外，应该是Stave首发，菲利普斯有可能还能补一年伤病红衫回来，如果他愿
意的话。如果他不回来，我们有个红衫新鲜，休斯敦。
所以，明年QB上，我们就不会想今年这么被动，导致开局不利。 |
