发帖数: 50 | 4 我来推荐一下ICC的公司，前面的找工作的步骤和lz说得差不多，我推荐的这个公司和
lz公司不一样的地方有以下几个：
1. 如果通过了icc公司的技术面试，也就是lz文章的2.1的话，会先签一个协议，协议
上面会注明，找到项目后给员工的具体薪金，这个薪金是绝对可以申请H1B的数目。这
个数目是基本工资，工作一段时间后会根据员工的工作情况加薪，干得很好的还可能有
bonus。之所以之前的工资只会是基本工资，是因为还不能确定员工的工作能力，但是
工资不会一成不变的。
2.培训、住宿不收取任何的费用，提供up to3个月的生活补助，每个月$150。
3.会提供免费的training，大概4-6个星期，根据人的情况不同会有不同。
4.公司在job market 最好的 WASHINGTON DC区域。

这种情况我也遇到过，不能真的耗2个小时去等他
我先是说不吃完不下来，等多少时间以后，我会给他一个选择
1，吃完下来去玩什么什么
2，不吃了，吐出来，站那里TO3分钟
不过我家不是用来让他吃东西，是最后他嘴里含一大口饭，可以含十几分钟
至于不怎么吃饭，我觉得还是得想起他办法，记得书上看来的
吃好了别表扬，吃少了别批评，这点说起来容易，做起来不容易 |

run. First, by doing early walk-in, you will gain at most only 2 to3 weeks
which is not a lot as compared to the entire AOS processing time. Second, I
