感觉面试时候纠结于大gap的人不多， 他们看了你的简历还要你去面试， 就说明接受

不过俺自己简历上有过1年多的gap，以前面试时被问到过，就实话实说考试申请学校了

这中间至少有五六年的GAP，难道直接在简历上写当HOUSEWIFE，RAISE TWO KIDS？在读
书的时候做RA/TA的时间又隔得太远了，写在简历上还有用吗？ |

otherwise, I can use OPT extension to work.
If the company is not patient enough to wait till Oct, then I am done. Can't
believe all this is happening.
Anybody can shed some light as of what I could do at this point?

本人04年去的加拿大，在加拿大读了一个硕士，然后06年工作签证H1B到了美国。07年
换工作，办H1B transfer。09年被lay off，办H1B change of status to F1。
虽然时过境迁，但是觉得有些经验是相通的。而且前前后后和律师打交道，耳闻目睹一
些经验。现在总结出来，希望对大家有用。
（1）H1B application
当时我办H1B的公司是个很小的公司，只有8个人。电话上听到department of xxx，以
为是个很大的部门，但是面试之后才知道我的部门只有我老板一个。
公司里有一个印度男孩子，也是h1b，是公司第一个雇的外国人。公司不原意出钱让律
师办，于是老板，我，还有那个印度男孩子我们三个坐在一起，把印度男孩儿头一年申
请的表格都拿出来，换上我的信息，就那样交了申请。全是手写体。

今年公司给我申请的H1B,还在initial review.reg好不容易占到了quota.
这周有个company面试,我该怎么给人家说?
刚打电话问律师了,律师说我要等10月1号才能办Transfer 哪怕我现在H1B approved.
他给我一个办法,让我瞒着现在的A公司 请个长假
我OPT 8月份到期,偷偷的给B公司干,一直干到10月1日B公司给我Transfer...
我觉得这办法B公司肯定觉得有风险,也就不想要我了.
到底是不是10月份才能Transfer? 为啥我看有的地方说拿到Approved notice就能
Transfer?
求大神们不吝赐教了.礼拜五就要跟B公司谈了.自己心里都没solution指望他们给想是
不可能了!
