另外今天跟一个pga教练聊天的时候问他推荐什么铁杆给我，他教了我两三个星期了，
然后他推荐我买titlist ap1，这个好吗？印象中好像titlist的比较适合厉害的人啊？

the median clubhead speed recorded by the launch monitor is 106mph.
last time the speed recorded was only 89mph, at that time i was such a
beginner that didn't know about "left arm straight", "late release" and "
swing tempo" at all. so i think applying these concepts has increased my
club speed significantly.
however, the launch monitor also recorded "excessive" back spin and side
spin: both above 4000rpm most of time...

and short iron, won't be a problem
one day went to a local range, conincidentlly titlist is doing demo and
fitting there. haven't exercise full swing for weeks. looking at the new
iron set and free range balls, can't help the hitting impulse. tried there
iron set, ap2, forged that kind of stuff.
using 7i, no matter how hard i try, always 5-10 yards short of 154 yard flag

nike dymo is a good one.
with woodoo, it is no brainer. get it and try it on range and tell me the
results. voodoo has reputation of being long, i tried titlist driver once
with voodoo. didn't see much difference tho. maybe at that time my swing
was so poor that it didn't make any difference.
i am thinking to get adams. kind of like their square head.
personally, for the 5wood i got last year, i get 240 yards carry on a good
day, graphalloy shaft.

most other manufacturer usually say the shaft were made for them by Adilda,
so i guess Adams get wholesale price on voodoo shafts, so they can afford to
provide at a lower price.
have you ever tried on range with true voodoo vs other shaft? how much is
the difference in terms of distance and ball flight?
i never saw a new club with voodoo offered less than $100 before.
but the store said they will get one from adams, and call m |

终于把那套yard sale 买来的无名iron set换了 (把 5wood, 3 wood trade in 弄来的）
10多年前的 titlist dci 981, iron shot 打出应有的launch angle容易多了。

才意识到设备对动作的影响很大。 旧的iron set 强迫我use flatter swing. 难怪打
出ridiculous distance， tend to fly lower.
很久没上场地了， score 提高不清楚。 pro shop 外around green 的 pitch/chip/putt
还算满意。
hybrid 准备 trade in 了. dci 981 4iron 有carry 上 218yard green, 6iron 190
左右， launch angle 我还满意， hybrid 没多价值。

还好。
trade 来果然手感不错。 当然还是话了一点时间适应。 4iron 218 基本证实了这套
iron set 的quality.
我最近练习full swing 都减少了一些， 结果ball striking 反而好了一些。 alvaro
quiros 说最好身体保持consistent tension, 我觉得就是的， 除了设备， swing
thought 的调整可能就是quiros 强调的这个。。。
这冬天不冷， 可以打， 场上还不旺季那么拥挤。。。 |

发帖数: 2325 | 9 你真是个wizard of wedge, 难怪很多golfer 在wedge 上就能话100 多刀。
我的wedge 现在是 60 + 56 + 47(PW from titlist iron set), 60 cleveland 和56
solus 都是yard sale 上弄来的。 47 和56 之间gap 太大， 还不会regulate wedge
distance. 这样 125 - 145 之间 没有明确的club.
iron/wedge 稳定的好处是driver 不行的时候能挽救。也是一种乐趣。
429 long par4, driver 只开了160-180还hook 进 hazard. 我用4铁打了个solid&
straight, set up short pitch for up and down. escape with bogey at 1
penalty. feeling like a par.
一个503 的short par5, 开球 不好 可能只有170-180， 2nd shot 7iron 地滚， 3rd

差不多。
aff 跟小孩开球拼长短， 还没打爆， 可见其稳定。

blue tee and black tee most impact is on your mental, not your physical. as
long as you think you can handle, and feel confident, a slightly longer
course won't change your score that much.

我3wood, driver折腾最多。
iron倒是不多折腾。我淘汰了以前的iron set 主要因为不是standard lie.
我觉得名牌titlist, callaway, TM, mizuno，cobra 同一类iron 差得不多。远比我们
swing 的变数带来的变化小得多。不同厂家的woods 倒是差别大。
speedline 在range 上试了几回， 感觉没有cobra consistent. 又换回cobra.
碰到一款oxotics cb2 3wood, 手感真好， 觉得像身体一部分， impact 是那种爆炸的
感觉是其他3wood都比不上的！ 但是没在range/course 试打， 也许只是声音带一些电击的效果。 |

发帖数: 398 | 13 MIZUNO和一些牌子，把WEDGE命名为PW,AW,GW,SW,LW。 Titlist和nike直接用loft
angle命名。其实是一样的，按照loft来分的。wedge除了LOFT，还要选BOUNCE。In
general，越软的地表情况（包括长草，比较干，细的沙坑）要用比较大的BOUNCE角度
，一般sand wedge的bounce都大于10度。硬地，短草要用低的bounce，lobwedge的
bounce基本上是4-8度。 |

发帖数: 1424 | 14 一直想直接升级到MP59, 结果前几周在golfwrx的buy/tade版看见一套几乎全新的demo
MP53价格不错 就拿下了。 SHAFT: dynamic S300 from titlist AP1. 比MIZUNO Stock
shaft 的长0.5 inch。
Driving range用了一周。 感觉sole变小了， address 的时候又回到了MP57的感觉。
更forgiving一些，击球继承了mizuno MP系列的感觉: cut butter. 距离远半杆的样子
， 应该是因为杆身长了。总之感觉不错， 虽然没上成MP59. 不过也给自己省了一个月
的的打球的钱。
另外，越来越觉得觉得golfwrx论坛的buy/tade版是个好地方。 器材狂人巨多。可以淘
到不少好东西。 |

play. Here is my experience about winter clothing.
1) Underwear. Do NOT wear anything made with cotton, because if you sweat
just a little, cotton will make you feel the winter chill soon after. What
you want is compression undershirt with Spandex/Elastane material in it
besides Polyester, Under Armour use this material in their winter Cold Gear
shirt. However you can find any cheap brand (even in Walmart) with this
