懒就偷懒啊。。。
电饭煲煮饭的时候扔进去一个红皮土豆（比婴儿拳头略小，切2-3块），饭煮好了，土
豆也熟了。大人吃饭，娃吃土豆（22有8颗牙了，我一边自己吃饭，一边把土豆递给她
，她小人家一咬一口吃得很欢。。。要是我忘了给她喂，她就很激动地使劲拉我的手。
。。）
同理可以煮西葫芦、南瓜、红薯、黄色squash等。。。
娃还很喜欢吃一种cheese，叫mini babybel lite，semi－soft的，软硬度正好，咸淡
也正好，千万要买lite的，regular的太咸。costco有时候有卖一大包的，一般
grocerystore卖6个一小包，但是比较贵。
另外，训练娃喝水的一个小tip：用一般给toddler吃药的那种小塑料杯，大小刚刚好，
硬度也适中（我本来想找餐馆里外卖的时候装salad dressing那种小塑料杯，但是试过
之后发现太软，而且口太大），我家22用这个喝水比啥都好使，还好清洗，不像她的那
个硬嘴sippy cup那样藏污纳垢。 |

看到板上有人说发了email一直没回音，偶有几个小tips。
1。标题要醒目。例如
Postdoc Application from XXX @ Univ of XXXX
2。Email正文要有针对性，不要都是泛泛之词，但是也不要太长。用附件形式附上自己
的cv和publications。
3。自己的email发过去后，不要等对方要reference。让老板即刻追加一封email，附上
他的reference。这一条对于我来说还是很管用的。因为你老板发了信，对方多数会给
面子的。

今早去Seattle irs办itin.几个tips
1) 只有sea成,bellevue要3/31以后才成
2) 一定要带i94.没有纸的,去网上query然后打印.不知道的google之.没有i94,门卫不
让进.
3) 到了先拿号,然后等叫号
4) 上午去的话,itin类别还是很快的,30分钟左右就等到了.所以如果能够找到街趴,2h
肯定够了
5) 1040一定要签名
6) 要把所有保税材料全部准备齐全.itin申请完了,所以材料留在那里,等于是同时mail
走了税表.
7) Seattle的人员很专业,不用担心不明白事理不给b2办理的可能性 |

1. Clear data： 比如提交copy，一定要清晰。因为这些supporting doc可能会再
被copy or scan，而adjudicator看的可能不是你提交的copy。所以提交件一定要尽量
清晰。
还有如果form有选项选错了，更改了或者涂抹了，有可能mailroom copy，scan的时候
，你原来的选项还是能可见，就会造成不必要的误会。
2. Consistent data：比如name， A#， DoB， 所有的dates， 一定要前后match；
Form 和supporting doc的data要match；G-28上面的applicant info和form里面的要
consistent。
3. Correct data：比如正确的pay check。 如果提交几个forms，最好分开用

今天下午刚拿到驾照。以前我蹲的州都有比较好的public transportation system，我
没必要一定要开车，所以一直只有permit, 没有去考过road test. 到了NJ没有车诸事

先说knowledge test. Knowledge test 的问题都在6 points id的那本小册子里,但是
考的会很细致,一些你可能会忽略的数字都有可能会被考到,所以去考试之前还是仔细看

2月初开始计划，参考了几位网友（主要是PEA214）的游记，在此表示感谢。考虑到不
想玩的太匆忙，安排了6/30-7/7号，一共8天,即便如此，每天也是在外面至少8小时。
写一下行程和tips回馈本版。
机票：从纽约州飞Jackson hole。2月份用里程订票时候有两种选择，经济舱 + 1 stop,
或者头等舱 + 2 stops, 都需要50000点UA里程，选了后者。后来也有只需要25000点的经
济舱的机票，看来订票也不是越早越好。不过做头等舱也不错，特别是LD没坐过。
租车：因为用里程买了机票，租车只好单独租，Thrifty off airport pick up (

看不少人折腾的心疼。
小tip:
马桶三个地方可能出水，fill valve进口，这个一般不会坏，如果漏会漏到外面地上。
马桶放水口，就是一按按钮flapper打开的地方。
溢水管。大概在水箱中间位置有一个管子，上口高于水面，如果水太多就会从这里出去。
那么如果你的马桶漏水，打开上盖看水面高度，如果一直在溢水管上口以下（正常
情况，一般低0.5 - 1寸），那么必然是flapper那里漏水。一般换flapper，
如果还不行，就是flapper下的ring变形或者水垢，买修的kit，是一个软的ring，
橡皮泥一样，按在原来的ring位置。一般来水如果你每隔一段时间听到马桶补一次水
就是这儿的问题。
如果你水面高于溢水管，就是fill valve关不严导致，不要动flapper那里了。
