Tinnitus(耳鸣):
Continuous or intermittent alien noise in the ear:
-Subjective
-Audible only to the patient
-Steam escaping from a small pipe, ringing, roaring or humming
Causes:
-clockage of the auditory canal
-exposure ot high noise levels
-Acoustic trauma
-systemic disease
-drug toxicity
Refer all complaints of tinnitus.
最好是找医生诊断开药。

have cold, whatever the viral, bacterial or allergens infections in your
back of thoart will fast affect your Eustachian tube. In your case,affected
Eustachian tube gave you tinnitus.
When your cold goes away, your tinnitus will disappear too. Believe or not,
one of side effects of Azithromycin is tinnitus. So finish your antibiotic
course, waiting for your cold symptoms subside, then your tinnitus will go

what he has appreas to be tinnitus, the perception of hearing sound while
there is no real acoustic stimuli,(sometimes if you lay on your side you can
hear your heart pulsating, that is objective tinnitus and appears to be
physiological)
there are different causes for tinnitus, one is neurological, such as
acoustic neuroma or any other tumor that is at cerebellar/pontine area,
since your husband had a negative MRI you can pretty much be asured that's
not from that,

2. If there is no other symptoms, then you can see a tinnitus doctor.
However, as far as I know, there is no effective medications for tinnitus (
ring in the ear) except supplements. As for other methods like counseling,
they only help you get used to the noise and ignore it. |

and seems muscle relaxant does work for you.
so I guess this is spur of cervical spine, pressing your carotid artery (
headache, tinnitus and nausea) and nerves (shoulder muscle spasm). Xray or
CT may show us the anatomical structure.

比较常见的就是tinnitus retraining therapy，一般要半年，花费5000 美金左右。就

such as acoustic neuroma, because there is nothing they can do. Some may try
to prescribe anti-anxiety meds but these meds themselves may have tinnitus
as a side effect. ENT usually check for any underlining medical conditions,
if it is sudden or rapid onset, they will give oral steroids for 3-6 days.
If nothing, they will sent to audiologists to do things like TRT or other
masking devices/hearing aids.

or aneurysm, high jugular bulb. Need images to make the diagnosis, e.g.
thin slice CT with and without contrast. As for the slow heart rate, it may
or may not be related to the tinnitus. Need to see a doctor to make the
diagnosis.

otitis media (中耳炎), which is very common in infants and small children.
Please be watchful in other symptoms: scratching ears (itching and minor
pain), fluid discharge, decreasing hearing ability and any other complaint
about the ear.
I recommend to see a doctor asap. It should be treated on time with
antibiotics. |

meniere's disease often has hearing loss and tinnitus,
sounds like you have vertigo, most of the causes are benign and peripheral,
and should be self liimited, of course you want to make sure there is no
other organic causes such as low blood sugar, if your symptoms persist,
might want to see a doctor and have it checked, good luck |

耳鸣首先要尝试找继发原因，甚至可能需要做一些检查，对于没有医保的人来说估计会
不方面
原发性耳鸣（找不到继发原因的耳鸣）的治疗全美国都是标准化的，去看任何一个正规
的ENT医生区别不会很大。提前和医生联系，表示没有医保但是愿意自掏腰包，讨论好
价钱 |
