我的背景不强,又pp了,RFE也是意料之中的.因为是DIY,在版上学到了很多有用的东西.
petition letter single space就写了14页,觉得很长,应该得了general RFE.没想到,
IO还真看了,提的问题都很specific.对claim 的contribution, review,arthorship 都
提出质疑.
我的PL写的内容都是在美国这边的工作,timeframe很明显. 包括review.所以IO 认为我
没有sustained acclaim.包括推荐信也指明只是证明recent contributions,所以要求
补以前contribution和review的证据.拿到RFE后,感觉没看到过类似要求证明sustai |

发帖数: 151 | 5 Keep calling - that helps. If the CSR says that she/he could not file the SR
(it is ridiculous - how come they say a timeline on the website and yet
have another timeline in their system?). Just thank her/him and try again
later.
I called ~5 times and finally got a nice CSR who said she could not file the
SR but would escalate my call. I was transferred to a supervisor and told
her that my case is outside the processing timeframe. The supervisor was
nice enough to help me filed the SR.

今天打电话做SR, 未遂.
于是,又发了封信给Officer Garza, 提醒一下,我们的Case已经过了4个月的processing
timeframe.
接着,给本州的Senator一个发了封email, 填了她官方网页上的immigration inqury
form.
另外一个没有网上的表格,但是有个USCIS inqury form下载,打印,填上各种个人信息和
Inqury的理由,附上俺和LP的I-485 receipt copy,寄到他在DC的office.
希望Senator office能帮得上忙.

the service center can not reach its goal. For 485, in which the goal is
4month, it shows March 2000 for TSC, which conveys that the processing time
for 485 now is beyond 4 months. |

这个是不是意味着目前处理到 2010年4月18号 ？ 那处理时间就是６个月都不止。 真

发帖数: 10760 | 11 我的ND是8月3日的，现在已经四个多月了，状态一直是acceptance。以前processing
time是4个月，应该过了4个月就可以打电话做SR了吧？但是现在网上查TSC的EB类485，
Processing timeframe写着May 10, 2010。打电话过去他们就说现在才处理到5月10日
的，8月的还要慢慢等。
可是问题是网上这个时间是as of: September 30, 2010。也就是说他们9月份处理到5
月了，所以他们的处理时间应该还是4个月左右（多一点而已）。按接电话的那个人的
意思，是现在才处理到5月10日，那处理时间岂不变成7个月左右了？也就是等不到7个
月就不能做SR了？ |

processing your case....." They still didn't give me any timeframe when my
case will be processed. I have asked my local congressman office to send an
inquiry but it seems like no helpful at all....

petitions adjudication. Starting from August, 2011 adjudications in this
category came to almost complete halt. According to the trend observation,
before Aug 2011 the usual timeframe between I-140 petition approved and I-
485 adjudication was 10-20 days (often the petitions were adjudicated next

before Aug 2011 the usual timeframe between I-140 petition approved and I-
485 adjudication was 10-20 days (often the petitions were adjudicated next

另外如果485和140 concurrent file的，那么处理时间是按485 file的时间
开始算，还是140 approve的时间开始算？

地。前几天TSC的 processing timeframe前进到一月11日之后马上让律师做了个SR,说
是八月初会得到SR的结果。
我现在用H1B,第五年，8月中过期，现在公司律师要给我办H1B extension.想问问大家：
1、办这个H1B Extension 会不会影响我的485？
2、H1B extension 没批之前，我能用AP回国么？
3、LD现在用自己的H1B, 485跟我的也一样pending, 最近可能会换工作。在新雇主那里
如果直接用工卡，有什么不好么？ 还是要求H1B比较稳妥？
4、我想把材料提供给律师，让他等到我H1B过期之前再递申请，没准接下来的两周485
会批。
大家给出出主意。多谢 |
