我的地下室是纯地下的，不是walk-out的。
想变成个gym加小孩子玩耍的地方。
怕地砖太冷。但也有点担心用地毯会容易受潮。

floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. If these floors + grout/adhesive/
mastics contain asbestos, is it very costly/not safe to remove them when
hiring professionals?
This house also has some very long thin cracks in the basement floor. Our

builder说这样的话他们一般都要把countertop和墙衔接的地方 往上贴4inch的台面材料
细节大家可以观察自己家里洗手间台子 一般都这样。
builder说如果我们自己贴的话，他们可以把4inch的材料不贴，留空白，
大家说是让他们留空白呢 还是留这个4inch的板子。
