was little,横拍, as I blush top spin (拉弧旋) no way you can do it if
holding the grip tight. You need the little movement of the bat in the hand
to create extra rotation (in addition to the wrist rotation) before contact

recovery用的，要紧不少，是compression tights，基本上咬牙切齿的把自己塞进去，
睡了一半，给挤得难受斗争是起来脱了，还是忍了继续睡。数据帝推荐过zoot的CRX
compression tights用做恢复。

我是今年夏天在local的跑鞋店买的，msrp$75,但只花了$37。所以我估计是下面这条。
我的建议是，既然只是30F+时穿的tights，保暖啊，防水啊什么的都无所谓了，随便哪
条薄薄的tights就足够暖和了。所以挑便宜好看的就行了。上周末30来度我就穿这个跑
马拉松的，好像还有calf compression的作用，当然，只是因为我小腿粗而已。

在psych unit，他们倾向于将病人的躯体症状归罪于精神因素，我提了CK，和再测一次
BMP或CMP，但是他们不想测。更别提会测cervical MRI了。他们一直想push病人多做PT。
不过你是对的，第一次测glucose的时候病人不是fasting的，病人也没有DM 的病史。
不过，再测一次也不过分的不是？
病人的ESR是正常的，一直afebrile，有4/10 back pain,没有其它地方的pain。她下肢
的力气还是很大的，力量上基本上很对称。没见过PMR case，但感觉应该是有比较
general的疼痛的吧?
上次测gait时忘了做heel to toe。几天特意看了看，她做起来有时不稳，但有时很好
，感觉她的左下肢有些僵直的样子，但muscle tone没问题。
她反复说感觉下肢的tightness，也不是muscle spasm，也不是pain，我真搞不明白这
个tightness是指什么。她说这个tightness在运动之后会加重，所以她都不出去和老公
散步了。谁有经验的给咱解解迷？ |

position can beat you, if he has Ax suited clubs, he probably would not make

elasticity still hold up pretty good.
Nike tights are just the opposite, they simply suck. Two very poorly placed

he's telling you a story like this:
1) he's not afraid of that Q at all but may worry about flush draws. if he's

2) he believes you have a strong hand, and your range is very narrow too
after the flop call;
3) his turn bet represents a AcX hand or QQ if he's indeed very tight.
