到了加拿大后，估计是因为天气太冷，容易堆积脂肪，2年，一点点的反弹到200LBS 以
上， 4月份 的时候达到217 不过还好被我及时制止住了
5月开始，每天坚持锻炼，到现在体重达到了自己的新低， 183LBS 腹肌也逐渐成形了
，我目标是170LBS 练出六块腹肌， 呵呵
这段时间减肥 主要遵循了一下几点
1. Eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day
2. Keep your protein intake high
3. Keep your carbohydrate intake low
4. Drink plenty of water throughout the day
5. Don't eat carbohydrates before bed
6. Incorporate cardio training into your weekly routine

我的个人看法是：首先要搞清楚高血压的原因。是家族遗传问题，还是伴随血糖产生的
，和胰岛素抗性是否有联系，心电图结果如何等。然后才能确定跑步是否有效。假如没
有什么特殊的原因，就是大多数人那样，活动少，饮食没有注意（比如米面特别多），
血脂也高一些，心脏机能弱，那么跑步应该会有一些效果。
