效,3.5天才全退. 吃药后两天温度也还是很高. 所以你的情况让观察48小时也不是没道
理. 而且tyleno一点用都没有,吃了后3小时不降反升,烧到105以上, 马上换ibuprofen
并让小孩睡觉,头上放温毛巾,2小时后温度降到100以下了. 多休息多睡觉很重要. |

查，因为他得反映不太寻常，肚子疼，一阵阵得，发作还很突然，身上因为免疫起红疙
瘩，后来医生才在喉咙处查使这个细菌，吃了10天抗生素好了。四年级又得一次，也是
发病很突然，但是没有上次严重，比感冒重多了，症状与上次不太一样，没有红疙瘩，
开始头疼，后来肚子才不舒服，他和一个他的好朋友同时得，他美国朋友呕吐，看了急
诊，恢复很快，我家小子就恢复慢。吃了医生给得抗生素，吃完还没有好，我就给了国
内带来得同样名字得抗生素，多吃了2，3天，好了。
他得钢琴老师也得过。不知道到底怎么传得，学校得孩子肯定有得的。一旦传上也没有
办法上课。

天之内就好了，现在幼儿园感染的孩子很多。可是我还是很困惑，孩子可能嗓子不舒服
吧，连粥都喝稀的，不吃米，晚上蔫蔫的，很早就睡了，虽然温度最高时102.6，但是

这个病据说一个月之内很容易复发，所以我当初就没有送过去。关键是细菌感染的话，
必须要用抗生素。如果第一次抗生素没有吧细菌完全消灭，细菌就会对抗生素适应，也
就是说这种抗生素就没有用了。我们本身对一种抗生素过敏，所以一个月前就用了三种
。治疗strep throat的抗生素也就那么几种，真的感觉太冒险了。不知道过了一个月这
第三种要还能不能有用。
我对这个行成抗体表示怀疑呀，因为这个病短期内容易复发。
我也是一知半解，希望有明白人指点下。多谢啦！ |

have frequent doses to maintain adequate concentration for most time.
However, there are several amoxicillin regimens used for strep throat as my
ID professor introduced in the class. I think either one is ok since there'
s evidence for it.
It's also possible that there's new guideline or clinical study to prefer
the QD amoxicillin regimen over others, which is very interesting:)

如果一个药可用QD,又可以用BID,在理论上两种方法有效药物浓度是可以维持的。不排
除个体差异的话。剩下的就是毒性问题。这种Strep Throat 的治疗，如果药物可以用
QD，大多药物 没有太多的副作用，安全度比较高。从临床上来说，QD 对孩子比较容易
。没有那么多的考虑。方便有效是主要的。

二天开始嗓子疼。打电话给儿医，说了娃的情况，儿医认为不用看医生，于是继续上
daycare。以后几天，娃都没什么食欲。我的嗓子越来越疼。娃班上的小朋友轮流家里
蹲，形势似乎有点严峻。娃爸和娃睡后也开始嗓子疼。上周日晚上，娃娘突然想起

今天去见李警官。大家精心准备了一个多星期，好多问题反复斟酌，好多方法反复演练
，原则，战略，技巧，都经过细致周到的推敲。我还是忐忑不安，如临大敌般。
下班后先去加油。因为出来晚了，很着急，从加油站就直接上了快行道，结果被警察按
住，要罚我200元，扣两分。我说有急事，约了位警察吃饭，已经晚了，请他手下留情
。他说，没关系，你晚不了，就你这么开车，连闯灯，再走逆行的，半小时怎么也到中
关村了。气得我没话说，只好认罚。
好不容易到了中关村，与N约在饭店门口见。这次，他是从天津赶回来参加这个重要的
会谈，可是他这个路痴却找不到地方，害得我多花了多少电话费才把他引过来。我们先
到了楼上，选了方便说话的地方，然后我下楼去点菜。从来没有过的谨慎和不安。一切
就绪后，又对服务员嘱咐了再嘱咐，然后，我不敢上楼，就在楼下等着。一会儿，李警

发展其中之一就是各个行业的自律行为。例如律师、会计师等等的公会，法律没有要求
，但这些公会严格监督他们的会员，犯规就吊销执照。美国有很多地方不是靠法律，而
是靠自律，他们自律的精神，比中国人比台湾人要好很多。
媒体也是一样。法律给予媒体很大很不可想象的特权，上面说的保护匿名报道就是一例
，另外就是关于媒体诽谤的法律，也是给了他们很大很不可想象的特权。特权理论上会
造成滥用的现象，例如媒体肆无忌惮地无的放矢，胡乱造谣诽谤。但有信誉的媒体不这
么干，他们发挥极大的自律精神，保证自己的专业度与公信力。这就是为何 NYT 这篇
报道虽然很多人在骂，但没有人敢说它是造假的 -- 除了川普与你们这些川舔 -- 台面
上没有人会这么说。
