了短暂的托勒密王朝。
而后凯撒大帝奠基了罗马帝国，这时候已经到了公元前的几十年。

i had some bad experiences too.
i was on call one sat, 24hr. i had 14 pts, 4 new pts. cover 2 floors, and
received hudreds sigh outs. there was no meds students during weekend, and
my senior never helped me, (he is an indian, unfortunately.) which means i
have to write 14 PN, taking care of 2 floors, follow up all sign outs, and
doing H&P for new admissions, at the same time.

所以有的时候宁愿买新书好转让
但是假如本身老师要的版本没有规定
那就买used book 学校书店里就有
隔一年的旧版本就便宜很多
但是贵的书最好买新的
比如2010新版本 我100买入 下个学期老师还用 我90能卖掉
同样一本2009版本 我50买入 但是20卖也没有人要
因为版本更新了 老师指定用2010版本的了
所以等于这本书就停留在手上了 这种情况下 学校书店有的时候会收购
但是价格非常低 他们一般都压价 即使是2010的书 学校书店最多给50%的收购价
但是假如老师说2005的版本也可以用 只要10元 那这种情况下 买便宜的也合算
因为不担心要不要卖 损失也不会很大
如果网上便宜很多
就上网买
还有是local的公共图书馆就能借到
或是网上下载电子版的（比较少）
比如下个学期如果要用这本书
