I was rotating at a US #1/2 cancer center.
A 40 Yr old man came in due to HA. He was diagnosed with Burket's lymphoma
and had chemotherapy several weeks ago. his labs shows leukopenia that is
likely from the chemo. He had CT, MRI that are showed white matter changes
and some sinus wall thickening. I did an LP which showed several lymphocytes
. I asked the neurosurgery to perform a biopsy but they refused. My top 1

疾病。 控制高血压，高血脂，吸烟这些危险因素重要啊。这里的医生/医学生并不知道
具体的病情，什么样的症状和遗留的功能损害，所以最多只是提供一些建议。
肺炎是中风病人的常见并发症之一。 60% 是由于中风导致的吞咽功能失调，包括咽喉
肌肉的运动和感觉功能，或其他原因等等而导致的吸入性肺炎。 可能是吸入口咽的细
菌，也可能不是细菌，是化学物比如胃酸对肺部的刺激等。 如果是细菌感染，胸部X光
片应该可以看出。留深部痰做多次药敏选择抗生素应该能够找到合适的药物，如果是吸
入性肺炎，抗菌素是一线的clindamycin克林霉素，或ampicillin-sulbactam氨苄西林-
舒巴坦。头孢，环丙沙星等其他的抗菌素不是很推荐的。如果是化学性的或者气道阻塞
导致的肺炎，抗菌素是不管用的，只是支持肺部的呼吸功能的治疗。所以，根据病人的
具体情况，看他到底是那种原因导致的肺炎，好治疗和预防。
的确如A医生说的，增加血液的粘稠度，比如脱水，蛋白过多，没有抗凝治疗，还会导

2. It is diffuse, symmeterical thickening, so it is more on the inflmmaion
or obstruction caused hypertrophy side, than TCC.
3.4. It is adenoma, as the HU 9 on CT and MRI out-of phase images further
confirmed signal drop out.

压是不怎么动的（就是没有attached to the skin)。没有受伤史，也不排除娃偶尔扭
了没告诉我们。
带去看了儿医，儿医说是推的动，问没有食欲变差也没有weight loss，也不痛，摸了
淋巴结都没异常。送去拍了x-ray，说骨头没问题。儿医说要么自己观察一阵子，要么
带去看 pediatric orthopedic specialist。
有儿科/骨科经验的知道有些什么可能原因么？还有什么检查手段可以确诊呢？比如B超
可以检测是否是cyst？

水果表面上光：3/4杯果汁（浅色）+ 1大匙淀粉，加热至透明，冷却
第一部分：皮的制作
1、黄油软化以后，倒入低筋面粉和细砂糖，用手把黄油和面粉不断揉搓，直到搓匀。
2、混合好的面粉看上去应该是像粗玉米粉的样子
3、在面粉里加入水，揉成面团后，放在案板上松弛15分钟。
4、把松弛好的面团擀成薄片。
5、擀好的面片盖在派盘上。
6、用手轻压面片，使它和派盘贴合紧密。
7、用擀面杖在派盘上滚过，把多余的面片切断。
8、移去多余的面片，用叉子在派皮上插很多小洞。
