下学年继续来美国，用一年时间完成硕士学位（non-theis）。现在我想改成读theis的
master，但是校方要求我多读一个秋学期（theis的master要求9个科研学分，每个学期
一般只能给3个学分），这样硕士就变成三个学期。我想问一下这样我变成15年12月毕
业，从时机上来说，在美国找工作会不会有劣势？
但是我觉得我改成读三个学期优势也多了很多：首先是有足够的时间让我更好地完成
theis学位，一段完整的科研经历有利于找工作吧；第二我有了15年暑假在美国实习的
机会，这也有利于毕业后在美国找工作；第三如果我用三个学期读theis，教授会更倾
向于给我RA或者TA，因为我有多一个学期的时间，能保证更好质量地完成他的科研任务。
至于在美国找工的时机，我自己也有一些想法，不知道整不正确。因为我想找支持h1b
签证的，所以目标企业一般是中小企业，这些中小企业招人的时机应该相对于大企业来
说比较灵活，只要一有人跳槽，有空缺了，它们就招人；中小企业也不愿意花太多经费

适的Holster， 但是因为一次无意的巧合我发现Theis Holster for FNS9/FNS40配我的
Sig P226 Navy MK25 简直就是完美组合。MK25 是我的carry 用枪，所以Holster的选
择至关重要。Theis holster 普遍采用combat cut, 其Kydex shell 厚实而且边缘经过
非常圆润的打磨。本来这个holster是为我的 FNS40 购买的，但现在我每晚遛狗跑步时
一点都不用担心我腰部四点钟方向随身携带的MK25 会滑脱出来，枪与套之间一点都没

发帖数: 394 | 4 我用的是FoxX IWB (Walther PPQ 和 Caracal 都适用），eBay 上买的，皮子很厚很舒
服，他家的kydex shell 做得也很精致，厚薄适中，边缘都圆滑外翘。配PPQ时即使不
带在身上把枪套倒过来晃枪也不会掉出来；配 Caracal 时虽然不晃，但是不能倒过来
甩。晚上遛狗跑步时绝对不用担心枪掉出来。
另外我还用Theis IWB holster（FNS40 和 Sig 226 MK25 都适用）。质量是我尝试过
的IWB 中最好的，没有之一。他家的皮子虽然比FoxX 得薄，但是皮子纤维明显要更细
，所以直接贴在身上格外舒服！此外他家的kydex shell 格外得厚，很结实。边缘也都
经过打磨，前沿微微外翻，所以不会在拔枪时卡到准星。这个枪套配FNS40没说的，配
MK25时竟然同样也很轻松，就是不能反过来甩。MK25 这枪本来就胖胖的，所以外贴壳
内贴皮格外踏实，跑步时不用担心枪在枪套内逛呦。Theis holster 唯一的缺点是刚买
来时有挺响的holster squeak, 但是携带一个月后皮子就很柔软了，弧度都逐渐适应了
我的腰围和体型。

Phd's deadline depends on the date you submit all your theis paper works to
the school/defense date.
Master could also extend your graduate date with one more semester.
Different with OPT, CPT is totally adminstered by your international office,
