Pho 和春卷都是 Pho 99的好。纯属个人意见。
本人是PHO 粉丝，吃过美国和加拿大很多间Pho, South Plainfield Park Ave 的 PHO
99 surprisingly 可排No.2. 纽约和多伦多的多家有名PHO令人失望。
但真正令人回味无穷的是一个越南IBM工程师在TEXAS AUSTIN开的PHO，NO.1, NO.1. |

地方相当隐蔽，要不是班上有人推荐，你就是在27路上天天过也可能发现不了。
汤较黑，油大点，味道浓。
另外有免费的wifi |

也没有那么大），1号路的做的甜符合老美口味。开餐馆还是要靠location，
1号路那个就天天爆满，27号路那个太隐蔽，每次去就顶多两三桌人在吃。 |

痛定思痛，似乎只有自力更生这条路可走。我想做孜然牛肉。我去年回国经常中午在一
个不起眼的小馆子吃孜然牛肉，看着很简单的配料，只有牛肉辣椒青椒和孜然，但是牛
肉又嫩又入味，香得不行，20多元满满一大盘，一般够两个人吃了，但我能一个人包圆
。我经常午饭就是一盘牛肉加一大碗鲜菇青菜汤，吃完了简直满足得翻白眼。。。咳咳
，真丢人，口水都要下来了。
回美国后我也试过几次，但是炒出来完全完全不是那么回事。首先因为美国的牛肉要去
