下面是二手原来的陪审员制度，我略作修改。欢迎老成员回归，呵呵。
无论是老成员还是新报名的成员，请回此贴，此贴为报名专用，非报名者回此帖者将被
封7天！版务会从中选出20名成员，组成陪审团候选名单，每次将抽取5名作为陪审团成
员。
1。立案标准：
a.必须有实际交易发生的，发生了金钱和货物的转移
b.原告在交易发生一月内或负反馈提出一周内(whichever later)提起申述，
申述方式为在版面发文
2。法官：
由目前的名单产生，用投票的方式产生两名，分别负责单双月，假如当值法
官一时联系不上，由另一法官暂代，假如再联系不上，由版主暂代
3。陪审员：
由法官外的陪审员名单里随机产生五名。
4。裁决
a.原则上不涉及金钱裁决，但可提出建议。请大家注意在本版交易还是要风险

按先来后到的报道顺序，挑选陪审团员15名。
具体过程我再次重申一遍，
1.按照先来后到的顺序挑选陪审团员
2.我把双方的最终陈词发给团员，团员作出自己的判断，发回给我。
3.按照少数服从多数的原则判断谁赢。
4.双方亲友团自动回避，我会公布团员名单，欢迎大家监督。
