breakpoints all the time even for SV in unique region, not to mention those
complex structural variants involving repeats/duplication.
So till now, SV field or even indel calling, I would say still quite messy
with lots of false positives, and whole field is lagging behind compared
with SNP calling.

methacrylat. The coating layer gave round disk like uncontinued morphology
on the device surface, we need get even surface.
I used simple coat method, dip the device into the mehacrylate monomer/
initiator solution, take it out and let the monomer polymerize on the device
surface.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance, do you think spin coating would help? or
any other coating method? |

年了，还是比较满意的。
死鱼的原因一个是缺氧，一个是自来水里的氯，还有一个重要原因很多新手不知道，就
是鱼代谢的时候产生的氨，filter的最重要作用就是让硝化细菌寄生，这些细菌可以把
氨转化成亚硝酸盐，再变成几乎没有毒性的硝酸盐。没有这个，除非你很频繁的换水，
否则鱼很快就会被自己排泄出来的氨毒死。
setup过程很简单，就是安装好filter，然后从别人的鱼缸里弄点沙子或其他装饰物，
里面会带有硝化细菌的芽孢，再放一条比较皮实的小鱼“闯缸”，大概2周的时间，硝
化细菌在你的filter里面安家了，就可以慢慢的增加鱼了，这样setup出来的鱼缸，好
处就是很稳定，细菌的数量和鱼的数量达到一个平衡，很长时间不换水也没事。 |
