heartgard呀，砖头状的药块。但是我隐
约记得当时petco那个诊所给寄了两张纸，一张蓝色的，一张粉色的，粉色的应该就是
prescription。但是现在却告诉我说不给prescription了。。。这样的话就谁会去
petco做test呢？去找vet开prescription也要钱的啊，而且很多vet必须要在他那里做
test才给开prescription的，不是说去找个vet给他看看结果他就开prescription。不
知道在petco做test的大家都怎么弄的prescription呢？ |

associated with road test, it require no appointment, so guys who drive
pretty well can fail it a few times, while women who can only drive slowly
will pass it in the first try... since they are more 'careful'. it's not how
well you drive they test, it's how careful you are about traffic rules they
test, different from DL test in china. |

sample t-test，首先你对于sample level没有解释，如果只有一个level，那么你做t-
test或者说无论什么level的test都没有意义。 sample size的增大只是为了提高统计
的power因为他够精确。 t-test是针对于2level的比较，你的例子我不知道你在比较什
么，而且事实上不同levelsamplesize不一样也有很大的影响。建议去找本基本的统计
书来看。 |

，或者很小。TEST DATA应该COVER各种可能的案例，越广越好，BRD里有的案例都要
COVER，然后是LOAD TEST，大量数据下是个什么PERFORMANCE，SECURITY和TEST DATA有
啥关系，只和你的PROCESS有关系吧 |

我想学习一下 Java， 这样我以后可以做 test automation Java 方面的。
我知道做 test automation 可能需要读程序的源代码，然后从里面剥出一些函数什么
的。

大牛对这个观点有什么看法？Java的unit test library （包括各种mock，等等），
build integration都比C++要好用一些。C++首先能mock的library就不多，然后mock的
syntax都难看得不得了。如果需要读Unit test framework的一些template编译错误，
或者要gdb这些unit
test的代码，那简直就没法用了。

Usually, when we are comparing the mean values for two groups, we will
look at the error bar (SEM) and the difference of the mean values.
If the difference of the mean values are greater than 2x SEM (avarage SEM)
then we usually say these groups are significantly different with P<0.05.
Now the question is: what kind of statistical test are such "rules of
error bar" ? Are they a derivative of the unpaired t-test? Or ANOVA test?

1. independent这个没辙，必须遵守
2. normality, 基本上t-test很robust，因为实际比较的
是sample mean, 这个归于central limit thereom, 就是
数据够多，只要不是一些特别夸张的分布，都可以当normal.
基本上n<15要比较注意normality，或者转成non-parametric;
n>50基本上用t-test没问题.
3. equal variances. 这个stat101都应该说过，除非有理论
支持，否则都要做F test验证；F不通过的话，要用unpooled
t-test, 估计就是你说的welch t

你那个6个p，3个p的其实就是用t-test，不信你做一下看结果就知道了，大家一般
说的ANOVA就是四个一起比。
multiple-comparison的问题比较复杂，看你问题具体怎么问了。一般情况下还是
做一下correction, 反正肯定不会错的，最多是保守了 |

个方面的testing. IC公司大部分要会写代码，懂点硬件吧。 有的即使没有testing
group，也可以让别人帮你测，至少我工作的地方就是。
device engineer可以做很多东西，design, process, characterization,
reliability,packaging都可以涉及到。就看公司的大小和职位的定位了吧 |

平板跑步机说发现运动中心电图ST Segment下降。这预示这心脏有因为fat, 脂肪而造
成的堵塞。然后建议做A Stress Test with Cardiolite 再下一步可以做Cornoray
Angiogram.

其实不是一个传统的sequential testing problem,因为sample size是不变的。
假设我有p个null hypotheses要test with same data set, 并且有一个很自然的顺序去
一个一个test。如果我在某一步fail to reject the null,就不用再做下去了。我觉的
这个问题也不同于multiple testing problem in which the null hypotheses are te
sted simultaneously。 请问大侠们有没有相关的书或者文章可以参考，多谢多谢 |

1 -2 1, I don't remember clearly) to test the linear trend. This is a
response surface approach.
Or, if you prefer nonparametric test, search the key word "ordered
alternative". There are a whole bunch of tests developed for this. And there
is no definite "best" test for this situation. |
