dealer就象机器人，
$5入场，发底牌，然后要看flop就加10块，
然后你可以check，也可以继续加两次码看后面两张，但是每次只能加5块，
发完river后，dealer就把他的牌亮出来和你比。（他之前都不看自己的牌的）
实际上你的牌不需要比桌上其他的人大，只要比dealer大就能赢了。
还可以买insurance，如果你的底牌是AA, AJ，JJ之类的，就会有很大的赔率给你，无
