我的租房合约是month to month , $800/month （$800 deposit)，每月一号房租，合
同说好30天的notice, 我这月的十七号给的moving out notice （也就是七月十七号搬
走）。今天，收到房东的信说下月要收我 $50/day, 也就是说下月一号我要交 17 x 50
= $850 . 我个人的理解是我只要交 17 x (800/30) 就可以了。
房东这样涨房租的做法触犯了Lease termination and tenant rights 吗？我觉得押金
要不回来也就罢了，再交$850 就太滑稽了。

看完电影，有两个主要疑问：
１。Terminator的程序可不可以改改，Please! No more throwing! Do some real
punching! 试想，有几个人类的肉身，可以受得住铁拳头的正面硬击。
把人扔去扔来，还要弯腰拣起来再扔，太费事了，没有效率。
２。Terminator的制作材料到底是什么？几个情节的合理性，让俺有这个问题。 |

emacs&则自动进入后台运行，连界面都看不到了。

我在terminal下ssh 到别的机器, 视觉效果正常, 目录/文件/链接颜色各不相同, 但是
再从
这台机器ssh到另外的机器, 颜色就都没有了. 在windows下面用putty,就没有这种事情
发生
,所以应该是我mac下面terminal的配置问题.
我在bash下面添加了
export CLICOLOR=1
export LSCOLORS=gxfxdxcxbxedabagacad
没有用, 依旧是本机和第一次ssh的机器正常, 再加一层的话就有没有颜色了.

困扰我很久了：不论是 auctex 还是 planner 等等，凡是用颜色比较多的，总有一
种颜色和 terminal 的背景色冲突，不是看不见，就是贼费眼。
suppose 这帮人在调试的时候用的 terminal 的 color profile 一定不会和他们设
的颜色冲突。想知道他们用得是什么 profile。
大家都是怎么解决这个问题的呢？

desktop。
可是发现设置挺麻烦，需要先配置一个terminal server license server。
装好以后发现还是用不了，好像需要花钱买license。
不知我有没有miss掉什么设置。
有没有高人能告诉我是不是一定要花钱买license才能用terminal server?
当然hack除外。

But, if nobody moves in, you will have to pay until the contract expires
unless he specially releases you from your liability. It looks that your
early termination fee is the consideration for liability releasing, so you
don't have to worry about that so long as you pay the early termination fee.

唯一麻烦的是你要把具体的用英文写清楚
还有比如terminal1-2转机，你爸妈的行李是checkin的话，还要用英文写给潜在那个会
帮助你爸妈的人，让他先带你爸妈去baggage claim，然后到terminal 2，然后再到
terminal 1 check in
反正就是把所有情况都考虑到，写详细。。
甚至，你在开头写上一句话，“please call me at xxx-xxx-xxxx,and my parents
will pay u for the call u make",这样你干脆就直接和那个帮你爸妈的人，或者机场
的地勤人员直接说话就行了呗 |

if you are on an F1 visa, you should check whether your I20 has been
terminated. if yes, you are already out of status and you may be staying
here illegally. so i would check with the international office first.

由于决定仓促，今天递交了辞职信，打算今天或者下周一就把转h4的材料寄出去。
之前很担心在收到receipt之前公司就上报了我的离职，所以转换身份的事从昨晚就开
始准备。今天在exterview的时候人力告诉我他们将在90天后上报移民局我的status，
按理说是不是足够我转身份拿receipt了。但是我跟他们确认时他们说terminate 的时
间就是今天08/01。 所以就算到时我已转成h4 dependent 身份，移民局会不会认为这
个当中依然有gap? （哪怕他们是三个月后才通知的uscis）

今天跟apartment的manager说想月底搬出去，结果被告知要交3.5个月的rent因为early
termination
1个月房租是termination fee，这个是意料中的
1个月房租因为没有提前20天正式告知，所以下个月的房租也要交
1.5个月房租是搬进来的时候的move in special
这个应该怎么argue呢？没能提前20天通知要搬出去因为loan刚批下来。
如果死活不交会有什么问题吗？他们手里拿着我1个月的security deposit大不了不要了

it ASAP if you do not want the house.
The contract may be already binding. No need to resign a new offer. As far
as the seller accept all of your offer term and sign your offer. Your offer
becomes binding!
If the due diligence passed, you may be in trouble. You may not be able to
get out. So do the termination form ASAP. |
