现在不知道买在哪里好，不知道大家有没有什么建议
能满足以下几个条件最好：
1. SFH有院子能种花养草
2. 70万以下
3. 周围有中国来的老年人的聚集地可以来往打麻将什么的
4. 走路20分钟或者骑车10分钟内能买到基本的grocery (不一定非要中国超市）
5. 离Sunnyvale开车不超过30分钟距离（最北pleasanton? 最南santa teresa?)
6. Safe neighborhood

便是UC，也是比较差的UC。 如果孩子定性够好，知道努力的方向，差一点学校压力小

谈谈老中。
我关注老中，是想了解成功的老中到底具备什么素质。对老中以后自己出来创业也好，
教育孩子也好，至少有个努力的方向。反正初步结论是，好像爬藤，谈神马钢琴，学区
都不是必要的。到底神马素质更重要，现在也木有清楚。可能首要的是需要比较
AGGRESSIVE的品资。估计我自己永远也搞不清楚。也可能就是个概率。
首先，我们眼中的天之骄子ABC，好像志向都不大，只记得个卖鞋的公司，zappo什么的
，卖掉了。所以我不以为我们的后代会比我们强多少。当然，爬藤的，可以拿这个当例
子。不过你看到后面台湾人的创业后，会发现藤并不必要。
先看一代半吧。yahoo和youtube创始人都不是abc，而是台湾出生，teen时候才来美。
大家比较了解，就略了。我看来工业界第一代移民或者一代半老中比abc更厉害，第二
代反而不行。印度人里面好像也是。不知道具体原因是什么。
下面讲的大都是第一代了。
戴伟立以前还是蛮多见的吧，看过老板娘和员工打篮球哈，不知道现在还打不打得动了

动抬走其中少数人，混乱中导致2人受伤。警方则说，没得知有人受伤。
狗狗离开公寓约40分钟後，马德里地方政府就发布声明说，这隻狗狗已遭安乐死。
声明说，兽医先让狗狗睡著，「避免任何痛苦」。

闲得慌，纯做雷锋。湾区很小，MSJ更小，学校／家长关系紧密。如果再有几个娃，家
长之间没有几个不认识的。
从名声而言：

最好的是Mission San Jose小学：社区最破。但是有可能有便宜得要死超级小黑屋的
deal（相信捡漏抢得也快）。
其次是Gomes小学：房子比较新。
然后是Chadbourne小学：有最新的房子。当然光猛大屋不便宜。
以上三个都是老牌10分小学。
Mission Valley传统上不是10分。如果是上初中、高中，不失为经济的选择。
从地理位置看：

最好的是Chadbourne：从小学到高中都在步行范围
其次是Gomes：等上初中、高中了，走路也能走得到
然后是Mission Valley
Mission San Jose不建议走读初中、高中。

to downtown SJ and north SJ (Cisco). 85 is jammed from the intersection 85
and 17 to north 101 during the traffic hours. extra 5 miles from 17 & 85
intersection won't get traffic worse.
School district may not suit your need. It is a good school district with

的需求的话可以考虑，价格非常affordable，1M内可以买到decent房子，不过如果在意
社区和学区的话，不妨考虑下Leland High School的地方。 Santa Teresa High的

She doesn't speak mandarin though. And to my surprise, she's a Stealers fan

这个周末有湾区的筒子们想一起打么，bedscape要去brentwook，太远了，想找个南湾
的球场。
选择如下：
los lagos: 球场不错，也不难；
palo alto：记不起来场子怎么样了，上次打的时候下雨。。。这个周末有CALLAWAY 的
DEMO, 如果要试球杆的话是个不错的选择；
SAN JOSE MUNI：我没打过，不过aff版大觉得还行，也是下个礼拜6的球场；
summitpointe： 也没打过，据说有难度；
santa teresa: bedscape不推荐。
要订tee time要两个人以上。如果找不到俩人，俺就自个上LOS LAGOS了，嘿嘿 |

week and recommended to me.
afternoon starts 2:30 on saturday for $34
and 2:15 on sunday for the same rate.
This course is near coyote creek, south bay, so suppose to be a good one.
They send out coupons occasionally to knock down 25% green fees, but not
sure about this week.

and I've see people saying the swings are supposed to be the same.
However, this is what happened to me in the last week.
I had terrible woods shot especially 3 wood.My iron shot was ok. Last
weekend a guy gave me a tip to turn my right shoulder together with left
foot in downswing ...(I am right handed) this tip fixed my 3 wood instantly.
I was hitting 3 wood nice and easy at 180-190 yards. I was so happy. My
