The popular theory at the moment is do not pre-stretching when your muscles
and tendons are cold. There is hardly any evidence you are more likely to
hurt without pre-stretching.
Then split it further. For example, chest/triceps day, back/biceps day, then
leg/shoulder day.... add in cadio days if you need more days to recover... |

fat. Your hormone level is going downhill. Your tendons and joints may have
issues keeping up with pushing heavy weight on regular basis that is needed
to grow muscle.
So the answer really depends on your target. If you just would like to have
a regular slim and health looking body, begin cut now and forget about bulk.
If you would like to have an impressive muscular body, start lifting heavy

这种疼痛再次出现。一般的运动中出现的常见疼痛，我一般都能自己查到，自己诊断，
然后进行有效的恢复，但是这个我查了一下，更加糊涂。
首先是golfer elbow，确实是肘关节内侧痛，但是位置一般就在肘关节附近甚至往下，
而不是肘关节往上。
其次是tricep tendonitis，确实是在肘关节上面一点的背部，但是看了bodybuilding
一类的论坛，貌似又都在比较当中的位置，而不是靠内侧。
我昨天自己摸了一下，能摸到很酸痛的一根nerve或者肌肉束，我不太确定，自己用手
捏捏压压很酸痛，也很酸爽，所以我又去查了ulnar never一类的运动损伤，可还是不
能确定。
有大虾有撒经验的？基本就是做俯卧撑的时候巨痛，然后位置在肘关节背面（后面）上
面一点靠内侧（身体侧）的地方。

Golf中的膝伤的一点心得
最近半年发现下山下楼，右膝无力，下蹲到135度（大小腿之间的角度）时最软弱，膝部内侧按压有异感，估计是韧带拉伤后发炎了。
就下决心把膝盖的解剖，和膝盖相关的运动损伤及恢复，大概了解了一下。
下面把我的一点心得贴出，跟大家讨论一下，不对的地方欢迎指正。
解剖：
膝盖是人体最复杂的关节，基本上由5条韧带（Ligament，bone-to-bone）连接3根腿骨，加上软骨（Cartilage），肌腱（Tendon，muscle-to-bone），滑囊（Bursae），和滑液构成。

back pain sucks, because it takes long time to recover from spine disc wear
and tear. also too much nerve inside and near the spine to be messed.
spine pain is different from muscle/tendon pain, golfer may feel fine in the

probably in 40's and 50's.
