other companies.
Better not to take it if you have any other possible full-time position. But
you may try to use it as a temporay buffer. Meaning that you must continue
looking while working there.
Carefully check their contract whether it's okay to leave anytime. |

n=4，打印矩阵。先定义一个4x4的temporary matrix, 然后做循环把数字按序充填好。
再把matrix按行打印

离地面两尺左右，一根（or两根）2x4，横着钉在4到6根stud上，这根2x4的两端用竖着
的2x4支撑在地面上，这就成了个temporary的frame，即使你锯掉那4到6根stud的最下面
2尺，屋顶也不会倒下来，然后你就可以更换这根2x4
下面的sill plate，加concret block，下半部分stud也没必要换了，加新的stud，上半
截stud也屁用没有了，干脆拆掉。就算你把旧stud的下半截换了，安全起见，还是要加
完整的新stud。
干完了这4到6根stud，再换个战场，重复以上操作。为了安全，temporay frame的宽度
不要超过墙跨度的1/2. |

关于这个帖子的问题，我可以给些建议，因为我很了解这个过程。但是是大学的，公司
是个啥情况，我就不晓得了。既然LZ说道只给staff，应该是差不多的情况。
首先，大部分大学是不会sponsor postdoc的，因为postdoc是temporay职位，你第一步
必须跟你的老板谈，他同意你转掉你的title就可以。我们学校的律师说，只要不是
postdoc，其他不管是staff还是faculty的任何title学校都推荐，当然是满足eb1b的条
件情况，而且跟合同期无关，我们都是一年一签的，律师说，只要你申请的时候是在合
同期内就行了。
第二步，老板同意后报到系里然后重新签合同转title，然后重新renw H1B；这里注意
：必须重新申请H1B renew的；
第三步，新的H1B下来后，正式拿到797，你就可以找学校律师了，当然之前你的老板得

1.护照和所有签证，stamp的copy
2.5257和5645，不用打印出来签名，直接把填好的电子表格上传，我打印出来签字再扫
描上传，不能提交，估计系统自动的verify那个pdf表格，所以不用打印了
3.电子照片，自己拍的
4.行程计划，简单的写了一页说去西雅图开车去温哥华然后回来。
5.公司给的employment letter，本来还要上传I797，我是H1B，结果给忘了
6.最近四个月的bank statements和我的pay stubs
7.因为我是F1来后没有签过H1B的签证，所以给了一个解释信附加了美国那个CFR的文件
解释了一下我可以用automatic revalidation回美
8.21日 ===（2天，天哪，2天就批了，神速啊）

刚才打电话给房东，他说可以。然后先拿tag，再作inspection，再
title。突然想起，tag就是temporay plate？不inspection不注册
也能拿到？
车是从rockville开回来的，车上大书"just bought"。仗着有刚
签的bill of sale和所有材料，不怕警察。看来还是应该先拿到tag阿。 |
