然后每年收120的费用。我们想选basic service，但是没有看到选择的，请问是60天以

近年来，有同性恋运动团体积极推动同性婚姻合法化，宣称同性婚姻是世界公认的价值
，并以「普世人权」为由，提出台湾若要成为国际社会的一员，得到国际间的尊重，政
府就应及早通过同性婚姻法。这样的说法不但与事实不符，且滥用人权的观念，更有一
种盲目抄袭他国法律的心态。
什么是人权？
究竟什么是人权？人权是指「人因生而为人而应享有的权利」，是国际上的规范，保障

【摘要：“文革”社会看来颠倒了一般社会的等级标准，使得原先的优等阶级变成了劣
等阶级，但真正具有实质意义的社会等级标准并未发生变化。“文革”社会和其它任何
社会一样，谁享有人生安全感，谁就是优等阶级。】
在物欲横流、贫富悬殊、官贪政贿的今天，“文革”被部分中国人想象为一个与当
今的“物质主义社会”截然而异的理想时代。有人认为，当时的中国，虽然生活物品匮
乏，但却是个分配公正的社会。这在多大程度上符合史实，经历过“文革”的人也许会
按照各自的经验和不同的现实处境产生不同的看法；而不曾有过“文革”生活经验的人
则凭自己的偏好和需要自由发挥。我觉得，反思“文革”时期的物质文化，不能光凭个
人经验或印象，而应从物质文化的基本结构入手，才可能比较清晰地看出文革时期物质
文化的特点。
