新浪科技讯 北京时间8月11日上午消息，据国外媒体报道，印度内政部(Ministry
of Home Affairs)已经要求印度电信部 (Department of Telecommunications)责令印
度各大运营商停止该国境内的全部3G移动服务，尤其是查谟和克什米尔地区，直到可以
对所有线路进行全面监听为止。
针对印度国有电信运营商BSNL在查谟地区推出的3G服务，印度内政部表示，除了在
拦截视频通话时所碰到的问题外，现有的合法监听设施在提供有用的信息拦截方面受到
了极大的限制。
印度内政部在发给印度电信部秘书(副部长)托马斯(P.J. Thomas)的信中说：“对
于缺乏足够监控能力而无法提供合法拦截的服务而言，全面封锁的可行性可以由电信部
负责讨论。直到拿出解决方案，所有的电信服务提供商可能会被责令停止提供3G服务，

C114讯 北京时间3月16日下午消息（张月红）据海外媒体报道，中兴通讯完成了数据传
输率高达1.7Tbps的光纤网络设备的现场演示。基于WDM的光纤系统可使用8个信道传输
数据，每个信道的容量为216.4Gbps，采用多路复用QPSK调制方式，演示中的传输距离
为1750千米，所使用的是标准的单模光纤。
这项技术的成功演示对运营商来说，从100Gbps传输系统向200Gbps系统升级是可能的，
200Gbps在每比特的成本更低，对频谱的利用率的有25%的提升，可以更长远地应对消费
者对数据传输的需求。
中兴正在致力于100G和超100G的研究，除上述演示外，中兴还完成了单通道11.2Tbps的
光纤信号传输试验。
当前，电信运营商正处于从40Gbps向100Gbps升级的进程中，市场研究公司Infonetics
称，运营商们计划在现有网络中同规模使用40G和100G系统，但很明显地倾向于100G。
