this is a big no no.
good examples backswings to check out are agassi and federer's.
hey, but your unstable upper body is more of a problem.
also i agree you have a pretty good swing. just need some time to fix small

开不了一会儿大概11：00左右就到了。
先简单说一下德尔菲吧。
德尔菲是古希腊最重要的神谕处（Oracle），也就是接受神的旨意的地方。
在古希腊神话中，众神之王宙斯（Zeus）为了确定大地的中心，从东西两端放飞两只神
鹰。
神鹰相向翱翔，最后在德尔斐相会，宙斯由此断定德尔斐是大地的中心，或者叫做“大
地的肚脐”。
正是在这里，宙斯的儿子，也就是太阳神阿波罗（Apollo），杀死了盘踞在此处的“巨
蟒”（Python）。
所以人们在此处修建祭坛来祭祀阿波罗。
后来人们也在此占卜以求得到神的旨意。
除了重要的宗教意义以外，德尔菲还是每四年一次的皮提亚运动会（Pythian Games）
的举办场地。
古希腊一共有四个著名的运动会，每年轮流举行其中的一个。
最著名的就是大家都知道的奥林匹克运动会（Olympic Games），排名第二的就是这个
皮提亚运动会了。

昨晚，在电脑里观看电影《完美盗贼》（Bandits，2001）。电影刚刚开始
了几分钟，扮演反派的布鲁斯·威利斯（他在插曲动听内容无聊的最新电影《第
44条军规》里也是反派，大概是由于做好人太吃亏的缘故）突然抛出了一句话，
自称是老子（lao-tzu）说的：

从字面看，这句话似乎是说“即使最软的东西也能穿过一匹马……就像无形
的水”，但老子是哲学家而非魔法师，怎么会研究这么玄幻的东西呢？
中文字幕把这句话译为“要以静制动”，看起来很漂亮，但老子并非张三丰
或者张召重，自然也没有练过这种内家功夫。
想到这里，我好奇得心里直痒痒，干脆关闭《完美盗贼》，去网上检索《老
子》的英文本。令我意外的是，我很快就找到了两种大同小异的，内容跟布鲁斯

刚一开头就能感觉出稚气来,看的过程中几次想中途退场.要不是还有点踢踏舞好看,
早就坚持不下去了.尤其到结尾,简直是数十年来经典煽情clique的大检阅.
什么男女主人公当众拥吻了,什么儿子的最后一段舞前父子和解相拥了,什
么边跳边回放童年的成长了,什么在天之灵也为你骄傲了.大家自己想像然后
起鸡皮疙瘩去吧.其实有其中的一个就够俗的,几分钟里导演挤的下这一大堆,
俗的是够贪婪的.
回来查imdb,该片居然获得澳大利亚一大堆奖.看来澳大利亚的电影水准还远不及
香港.挺给自己长信心的.
不过不管怎么说,今年的载歌载舞的片子实在是多.从前也有的,什么dirty dance了,
什么霹雳舞了.还有full monty.不过今年就颇有些不约而同的感觉.好来乌出了个
center stage.这个bootmen是澳大利亚的.dancer in teh dark算是丹麦的?英国
还有个billy elliot.两个现代芭蕾,两个现代踢踏.
个人最喜欢的是billy elliot,从全篇来看最匀称,自然流畅,清新硬朗.
