这两天，天热，就在小区游泳池带孩子游泳，没想到遇上这么极品的是，大家给分析分
析吧。
昨天和前天游泳的人比较多，有两三个teenager经常跑来跑去，也不游泳，有时还没钥
匙，需要帮忙开门。
结果今天出怪事了，两个teenager A 和B 先是翻墙而入，然后其中一个B把手机给我，
说他去厕所，让我帮他拿一下，我说ok,然后随手把手机放在公用的茶几上，A 就坐我
对面，似乎在玩游戏，但摄像头一直对着我这边，没多久，这孩子B又敲门，我就示意
他的一个坐在我对面的朋友A去开门，那孩子假装不动，这时另外一个在游泳的孩子妈
妈特意从游泳池里爬出来给他开了门，精彩一幕出现了，那男孩B随手拿起手机，拆下
电池，放回茶几上，一下子就把手机狠狠的摔到游泳池里，我都傻掉了，然后B 逃遁，

一个。这算是美国的自由给孩子带来的副作用。
美国的孩子压力还是很大的，不比中国的孩子小。但一说到压力，很多华裔家长都以为
是学业压力，其实往往不是那么一回事。比方说吧，我就知道不止一起，孩子到
teenage阶段开始有了性别的混淆和反思。男孩子开始思考自己在本质上是不是同性恋
？是不是女孩？这事一般还不敢和家长说，只能自己在胡思乱想。这种乱七八糟的事在
中国这种环境下几乎遇不到。在美国，尤其是彩虹旗飘飘的加州，今后还真说不准。顺
便提一下，现在在大学，LGBT组织貌似还是个很Cool的组织。如果孩子脑子里有这么一
堆乱事，家长还指望孩子好好读书，那真是天方夜谭了。
最好的方法就是在孩子在进入teenage之前，家长要把一些事情理顺，不要让孩子陷入
这类陷阱里去。这个需要家长的智慧和思考，需要静心多学习。
叛逆，尤其是比较厉害的叛逆开始后，事情也许就多些难度了。对此，我个人没有很好
的经验，所以我的建议也只是纸上谈兵。
尽量和孩子保持良好的沟通渠道，多听少发言，学会做一个好的听众，好的树洞或着说

我之所以说没问题，也是因为我们哥和弟是和我一起看的。哥比你儿子大，弟比你儿子
小几岁。看电影时，他们比较不安的是，看到小男孩继父酗酒家暴。我就告诉他们，爱
孩子的爸爸妈妈不会这么做，而且，也会有社会工作者来帮助这样家庭的孩子的。
说到跟性有关的内容，我们哥9岁的时候，在学校就上了生理课，他那时就知道这些。
我们弟最近自己在读少年版的百科全书，里面也有一章是讲人的繁殖的。他读完后，给
我复述生殖原理的时候，sperm, vagina之类的词都用上了，让我大吃一惊。
f-word他们虽然不说，毕竟周围有大小孩，所以也是都知道的。

。那怎么能说宗教显著提高社会道德呢？
历史上的事就不用再提了？呵呵。中国正处在美国当时的社会发展阶段，所以有类似的

和现在的成熟期比，但只和成熟期比，你觉得make sense？
一个社会需要共同的价值观，这个我同意，但是不能说明某一特定价值观好过其它，所

时下，我们华人的媒体、机构、有识之士，大家在谈论子女教育时，往往都把焦点放在
高中以前的孩子身上，很少谈及高中及大学阶段的子女教育，即便有少数职业人士触及
到这个领域，但所传所授也都是如何选校择业或提高某一学科的技能水平一类。说实话
，高中以前的基础教育，不管大家关心的如何足够，谈论的如何周全，争议的如何激烈
，就整个全日制教育体系来讲，它只不过是预备阶段而已。
打个比方说，它就像沙滩草地的岸边，虽然风光无限，但毕竟还没有涉水，进入水中，
真正的“水中”乃是高中和大学。而对我们华人来说，高中和大学阶段的大男孩教育，
又是这个水区里的“深水区”。
称之“深水区”，首先是“趟”的人少。可能多数华人移民自身都很年轻，子女尚小，
还没到关心的时候。再就是有争气女儿的家庭多，养不肖之子的父母少，所以关注大男

17.9岁和18岁，在生理上没区别，minor强调的是法律上的underage。
用adolescent或者teenager肯定不行。用underage代替minor可以。

请问你们是怎么把孩子再带回国看望父母的？我家女儿十三岁半，自打出生四个月起每
年就一到两次带回国住一到两个月，应该算是从小适应了的。语言完全没问题，跟我父
母小的时候感情也很深的，但自打去年暑假开始，就各种不愿意：
1. 吃饭：以前爱的蟹虾海鲜现在一律不喜欢，看着我爸妈做的一桌美味大餐没胃口，
想要三明治pizza，所以回国吃美食的诱惑已经没了
2. 电视：以前还挺喜欢看中国电视的，小时候的图图大耳朵，喜洋洋与灰太狼，大了
以后的爸爸去哪儿，花儿与少年，中国好声音啥的都追过，但去年起只想挂在youtube
上，偏偏中国还没有，我去年弄了个越狱软件勉强撮合，今年都找不到越狱软件让她看
youtube了，不知道要让她怎么打发时光
3. 对我父母：小时候跟他们很亲的。虽然不是外公外婆带大的，但每年几个月相聚也
都是被捧在手心里的。我们回国一般一两个月一起旅游啥的都很和谐。但去年开始对我
父母各种看不上，说他们吃饭的时候说话不知道捂住嘴，打喷嚏打嗝不知道说excuse
