Biography of the Master
Luangpor Teean Jittasubho (1911-1988), or Phan Intapew, was born on
September 5, 1911, at Buhom, Amphur Chiengkhan in the Province of Loei.
He was the son of Jeen and Som Intapew. His father died when he was
young. Since there was no school in the small village of Buhom, he did
not have a formal education in his childhood. The boy, like the rest

简单而安全。决定试一试。
The direct way of practicing meditation is being aware of the movement of
the body and being aware of the movement of the mind.
The movement is the essence of cultivating self - awareness. If we stay
still, when thought arises, we will easily get into it. So we should move
part of the body all the time and be aware of the movement. When thought
arises, we will see, we will realize.

生为清(Chin)和姗(Som)的第五个小孩，隆波田出生于1911年9月5日，于泰国的布
宏(Buhom),一个在泰国东北边境洛伊省的小村镇。他的俗名叫潘·殷达标(
PhanInthaphiu)。他有四个兄弟和一个妹妹。他的父亲早逝，因此他必须帮着母亲做一
般耕田、恳地以及照顾牲畜的事。
在他住的附近没有学校，潘并没有接受正式的教育。不过在十岁时，他在当地的寺
里成为一个见习僧。他的叔叔亚护冯·昌束是该寺院的常住。在他脱下僧袍回复在家生
活之前，潘花了十八个月的时间，很努力的学习佛典、禅修与咒术。根据泰国的习俗，
当他二十岁时，又回到寺院里成为正式的比丘，跟他叔叔学习了六个月。他对禅修的兴
趣，加上对佛法坚定的信心，不断的增加，也不断的修行。
在回复在家生活之后两年，潘·殷达标结婚了。他和她妻子虹有三个孩子：南姆、
田、特立安。在大儿子于五岁时过世后，潘则根据习俗以活者的最大的小孩名字被称呼
为“波田”(Por Teean),意即田的父亲。为了照顾他的家，波田辛勤的做农地耕植的事
，同时也在村子里从事一些买卖交易，在波田的村里，他是一位举办佛教活动 |
