ambient is less beat oriented, alot of oohs and wahhs as a friend of my
put it. closer to new age.
trance: I think is related to acid, where the music make you feel very trancey
which means, you feel like you are high on drugs.
trip hop: has actual vocal in it. very trippy, sounds the singer is tripping
on acid.(acid is a drug, tripping is whathappens when u take it.)
breakbeat: is related to breakdancing. I think this will be have a high ppm,
than trance or trip pop. less technology, less tech |

每一首歌都不一样， 非常diverse. 一首听上去像techno, 一首听上去像rap,
感觉上去比他们上一盘更加diverse.上一盘非常bluesy..太专一于一种音乐style了。
我认为鲍家街43号是中国最有前途的一个乐队， 比起xuwei, 等更加有出路。
其他人太注重于一种音乐style, too limiting. No wonder they are students from
中国中央音乐学院。

Well, actually I like the other side. In my mind the best album should be
like a good book. It should have a 基调. I can't imagine a ablum with rap
and techno or sth together...sounds strange.
I never heard of their 2nd ablum. When I first heard the band on the radio,
I'm glad to see that china also has a blues band. But when I heard their
debut album...so disappointing...why did they change? |

many movements in rock.. and some how he always seem to stay ahead of it by a

stuff.. and no lyrics.. check out Venetian Snares.. or pretty much anybody

oceanic that I uploaded.. they r a bit more melodic.. not as dark as nin and
kmfdm.. but def have an industrial influence... I dont quite know how to

也不见得有多大名声。在美国，书和电影一样，都太多了，没人看得过来，所以市场严
重分化，形成各种niche market。各个圈子都有自己的名人，有时某个niche的名人在
另一个niche没人知道。一般，读Romantic小说的人不看Sci-Fi，看Mystic & murder的
人不看Techno-thriller。就一个SciFi就有若干sub-genre。
而且，美国的所谓主流市场其实远远不如所谓的genre market。所谓名声大也没有几个
人读，特别是所谓的主流书籍。一帮精英捧出来的主流，远非真正主流。

当时别着我的百灵“WALKMAN”，里面装着听了N遍的狼I去听。那是我的第一场摇滚音
乐会，在我们哄下去一个哥们后（后来知道这哥们就是孙国庆），一穿军装的哥们出场
，坐在椅子上，用一块红布蒙住眼睛唱了一首歌（对，就是崔健，就是“一块红布”）
，当时哥们就被震蒙了，只记得一位瘦老太太做在前排，紧挨着发出巨大音量的PEVEY
箱子，一脸笑咪咪回头看我们这些十分激动的小青年。后来我们回到宿舍时，已经过了
熄灯时间，我们都没心思睡，大家一起对歌词，最后对出了完整的歌词。然后一８６的
老乡进来神秘兮兮的说“小朋友们，你们知道那歌是写什么的吗” 然后就走了。
听完那唱音乐会后，我花了很多时间找老崔的带子（还找到了一盘老崔穿的人五人六的
在七巧板乐队的带子），老崔的歌和狼I彻底把我的音乐人格分裂了。到现在 常驻在
我的MP3里的就有校长的歌和 一堆The Doors, Queen, the Smiths, Clash, Van Halen

得有点儿大的时候,high了也甩头，虽然一直都很猪头，虽然一直都在瞎跳，但是脸皮
一直都很厚。但是DJ真的很重要，不好也跳不给力。前段时间和两个T搭讪，拱她们两
个跳未果，人家的理由是DJ的太80年代波普，人家一定要break beat, 但是我觉得是我

小说，但是是第一次读 James Rollins 的书。这类小说最出彩的部分往往是在序章，
是否能提出一个吸引人的谜团至关重要，在这一点上，这本书作的很不错。我在 Amaz
on 提供的 Kindle 免费预览中看完了序章，就被吸引着看了下去。书的序章里提到了
三件事情：第一，十一世纪时英国国王征服者威廉进行了一次全国普查，在这次普查中
，一些村落被标注为“Wasted”，而这次普查的记录 The Domesday Book 后来也被称
之为 The Doomsday Book；第二，十二世纪时，爱尔兰有一位圣徒 Saint Malachy，他
预言了从他的时代起到世界末日的所有的112个教皇，并且他的预言后来被证明是非常
的准确。现任教皇是他预言中的第111位，也就是说，下一任教皇将是末日教皇；第三
，从2006年到2008年，北美大陆的蜜蜂减少了1/3。这三件事之间的联系是什么？所以
很容易就被吸引了。
