脑子里还是在想目标的 =~ focus on external target/cue
positive thinking ~= readying
image ~= mental imagery
it's a learning process, 初学者脑子里想 technical details 多一些
高球高手挥竿脑子就不想什么 swing mechanics 了, 可能只想course, course strategy, 和相应的 shot target and trajectory ....
我觉得你那机器有个稳定底座的提法很好, a very good golf swing image, 自学或自己调整有时 must have a sound swing model and understanding....
你可以从每个shot的结果迅速得到feedback,
但是得到导致bad shot的动作上的feedback就难很多了, coach or camera may helps in that case... |
