本来不想写关于C和BAC的分析，一来我有它们的position，谈起来不很中立；二来很
多information属于nondisclosure的。但是，架不住很多朋友太关心这两家银行，就废
话几句。我只能把public可以看到的information提供出来，加上我个人的看法，和大
家商讨。首先声明，提供的这些信息对“赌博”没有什么帮助，我是target那些想投资
这两家银行的人。另外有一条，希望大家不要扣字眼，没意思。
看一个银行的好坏，出来一般公司都有的revenue，growth和profit等指标，还要看两
个非常重要的指标，tier 1 capital和TCE-tangible common equity. tier 1 是一个
银行核心的资产并且真正可以随时用于投资的钱（有现钱，也有可以raise cash的资产
），这部分资产不应该随市场波动而贬值，tier 1 ratio是tier 1财产和总资产相对风

污染很严重。 主要污染源全是和军方有关。 一种是军事基地为污染源，主要污染物是
PCE,TCE这种溶剂，在军事基地里用来清洗引擎，基本上每个基地都污染。 地下水一污
染就是一大片，上边的民宅直接遭殃。 我手里两个项目，都是一片一片民宅，地下水
PCE,TCE是MCL标准的1000倍以上。 另外，干洗店也是PCE和TCE的污染源，不过没有军
方那么大。PCE,TCE会顺着地下水流动扩散，因为其本身是可挥发性有机物，会慢慢地
从地下水释放到表层土壤，进入上层的房屋。 LAUSD一个项目就是要建新学校，结果那
片地污染，没办法只好在整个教学楼地下铺密封的隔离层，然后铺设管道把从土壤释放
出来的污染物抽走，打进一套活性炭吸附系统吸附以后再排放。
另一种军方污染源就是类似洛克希德这种军工企业。也泄露PCE,TCE,另外他们做实验的
时候，还泄露大量的高氯酸。LA地区这边一个洛克希德污染的区域，光探测，检测水井

我做的是硅半导体器件项目。
每天接触的化学药品有：
acetone （丙酮）
methanol (工业酒精)
有时接触的药品有：
盐酸
硝酸
碱
少量 TCE (Trichloroethylene，三氯乙烯)（一个月接触一次左右）
网上查了一下发现methanol 和TCE 都已被证明会导致birth defects.
我实验操作时都有戴手套（没有戴口罩），实验室有通风设施。
但是methanol是挥发性的。实验室还有别人做实验，不知道他们会不会把methonal TCE
乱溅。
网上相关孕妇网还说备运要提前3-6个月避免接触有毒化学药品。
我该怎么办啊？ |

我在这里算一下：
关键是： 1立方米天然气的热值是= 0.0369MBtu
今天美国天然气价格是2.2美元/MBtu, 换算成人民币就是，0.0369* 2.2 * 6.35=
0.51元/立方米。
1立方米的天然气的热值，等于1.33千克 5500大卡的煤炭。
折算下来煤的价格应该是，383元（人民币）/顿.
考虑到，煤的烟尘大，要除硫等，运输费用，还要再打30%的折扣，
煤价为 268元一吨甚至更低的价格， 才有可能拼得过天然气的电厂。
对于中国：
今天天然气价格是， 在2015年11月20日调价之前， 液化天然气价格在4.5元每立方米，
是美国价格的9倍。 中国的到港的液化天然气也在3元人民币/立方米。
怎么都是美国价格6倍以上。
在中国搞天然气电厂的可行性：
假定天然气3元人民一立方米， 用来发电的煤价格应该至少为1600元一吨。
而今天的中国5500大卡动力煤价格，为373一吨。
换句话说，在中国，如果用天然气发电的话， 相比燃煤的电厂，成本至少是4倍
的关系。
中国年产40亿吨煤， 其中约50%用来直接发电，就是20亿吨电煤。

自来水是消毒杀菌了的。但是用氯杀菌的副产物也有一定的毒性。自来水里还可能有重
金属和致癌物质，比较有名的比如说硒、铅、TCE等，与水源质量有关，大家看过朱大
嘴演过那个电影就明白。这个在美国比较少，国内有可能比较多。
过滤主要是为了去除消毒用的氯和副产物，还可以吸附可能的重金属和致癌物质。水杯
里出现活性炭是安全的，但是不保证你的滤芯里不长菌。
最好是过滤以后再烧开杀菌。 |

marketing strategy等方向。 比如consumer behavior巴, 和psycology的一些方向
share 完全一样的 A journal. (A 就是最好的意思，还有B+, B-, etc). methodology
用得比较多experimental design. 如果有这方面背景可以直接联系相关老师。channel
阿 strategy阿， 具体topic很多， 方法上用很多 econ 的东西。 如果你
econometrics学得好并且有实际运用经验， 加分， 也可以直接找相关老师联系。
Theory方面很多也是从econ来的。 比如老老年的 tce, agency. etc. 都是econ里面不
算主流的， 到了marketing成宝贝了， 整天williamson啥的。 这么说可能有点难听了
， 其实是为了说明一个问题， 就是B-school从来都是赶时髦的。 像老kotler这样的
老师就不用跟了， 真正做research还是要找方向新的年轻老师 |

Most of them have weakness, but I do not think at this moment they will fail
. Yes, some of them may fail if they continue to lose money on bad assets
and loans. That is the reason why they are traded at a small fraction of
their book values.
To play this regional banks, it is important to have patience. They are very
volatile.
