发生在TD之后，那确实不应该negating TD.但如果在跑过端线前就taunt，那从犯规地
点罚15码我觉得是正确的。
这种个人愚蠢伤害全队的多了。比如野马那个99号，还有无数最后一节最后一个drive
莫名其妙的personal foul,没有哪个说可以只罚钱不罚球队的。再说了，这种taunting
其实比那些无脑personal foul更可恶。因为后者一般是落后或者被对方outplay恼羞成
怒，肾上腺激素太高情绪没法控制造成。这个taunting要容易控制的多。 |

shoot him. Then he got worked up by his own taunting and decided to charge
the police.
In any case, these young black people don't behave like normal people. so
