周末小恙在家，正好去年考试前停掉的NETFLIX账户自动激活，给我寄来了在QUEUE上的
第一个片子，所以就打起精神看了几个电影，不要打打杀杀，就看了些小情小调的，认
真做了回宅女。
NETFLIX寄来的片子是《纯真年代》（Age of Innocence），不喜欢这个片子的同学可
以吐了，是的，是Edith Wharton的《纯真年代》，讲绅士淑女的、对社会无害的、一
层层包裹在蕾丝花边里的爱情。完全不记得我为什么把它放在了QUEUE上，隐约好像是
某日议论导演，说起来马丁.斯科赛斯也曾柔情过，所以租来证明一下。
大约七八年以前，我曾很迷过这一类小说和片子。作家比如说Henry James, E.M
Foster, Edith Wharton，电影比如说James Ivory。唯美古装文艺片，片中女主角都好
像安格尔的油画，男主人公常常操着英国口音的英语，对话中间或夹杂着几句法语和意

去了一家餐馆，chef's tasting menu，$29/pp，很划算。
餐馆
有个open kitchen，还专门有chef's table，每天两桌，外加可能翻一次台。跟LD预约
了一桌。
第一道，开胃的，以酸为主。水是tomato water。加虾和墨鱼
第二道，炸五花肉，配香瓜。他们家的五花肉老是弄咸了
前两道开胃
第三道，肉炒饭，饭其实是lentil，肉有bacon末、pulled pork，加dried apricot回
甜。
第四道，扇贝，底下配celery和橘子puree，上面是某种生蔬菜，加脆。扇贝本身很新
鲜，弄得也嫩。
主菜开始。
第五道，主要调料是土豆和spice。其实就是fancy的spicy fry。底下的puree是咸的。

again for the dry food as they don't have smaller bag now (only 18 Lbs or
sth.)
Currently i am using Taste of Wild and WEllness dry food. WEllsness got
pretty good welcome from both of them first day, but on ongoing basis, they
still prefer Taste of Wild.
Cannot wait to get EVo dry food to see how it competes with Taste of Wild. |

或者名家点拨，再自己滚打炼出来的。跟武术里的套路风格是一样的。没人直接教就是
对手间接教的。如果没有历练，看着别人下宇宙流，自己也摆三连星，只会前几步套路，
后面抓瞎，这大概就是人云亦云，其实没学会taste。

Taste on cabezon somehow is not as good/tasty as regular rock fish. Both
are steamed when they are live.
The cabezon meat is a little bit tight so that the deep inside part can't

蒜切碎，葱切段

这时候粉应该已经半软了 控水放锅里煸炒至柔软又不失筋道的程度

粉基本好了之后下面的动作就要快 以免粉煮过头

watch sideways. Cabernet is the most common red wines. I think it tastes ok.
And it is inexpensive. But if you want to try something that taste softer (
not sure how to describe), carnifolia piont nior is good, although it is
more expensive. I don't like taste of merlot. |

lovely. 免费 (base tasting), $5 premium tasting.
他们的主打好像是Zin. 如果你喜欢spicy food, you'll like
their wine。他们所有的Zin 甚至连Syrah 都on the spicy side
for me，也许和我刚刚吃的口香糖有关，my bad.
The Pinot open for tasting is too young. Barbera
sounds interesting, but it is in premium list.
