发帖数: 1073 | 9 去塔林开会，间隙时间游览塔林，会后临走之前花一天时间走马观花拉脱维亚首都里加
。总的来说对这两个前苏联加盟共和国的印象都不错，但更青睐于爱沙尼亚。
1、签证：
先来说说签证，我办的是爱沙尼亚的申根签证。从美国办爱沙尼亚签证只能去纽约，其
领事馆在联合国总部边上的一栋公寓楼的6层，跟安提瓜和巴布达领事馆共用一个单元
，非常寒酸。签证要提前预约，签证费$80，但如果是旅行目的是科研则免签证费。领
馆根本没人排队，只是问几个问题，15分钟搞定，签后大约1周左右就能拿到护照了。
2、到达：
到爱沙尼亚的方式其实多种多样，飞机的话可以飞到塔林，也可以到赫尔辛基或斯德哥
尔摩然后换轮渡过去。塔林机场距离市中心只有区区4公里，走着也能过去，公交有2路
和90K，2路（塔林机场-轮渡码头）票价1欧元，90K据说算是机场大巴性质的车，好像
是2欧元。当然还能坐火车和大巴去塔林。大巴的话有Simple、Lux Express等，火车可
以从里加或者莫斯科出发，都有直达车。
3、公共交通：
塔林城内公共交通很发达，有轨、无轨、公交都有，票价是单程1欧、一小时1.2欧、一
