一词，还仅仅来源于初中毕业的同学录上某好友的玩笑。独自背上行囊，第一次离开家
，默念着仅会的法语“bonjour (hello)”“merci (thank you)””je m’appelle (
my name is)”，诚惶诚恐，兴奋又有点不安。
那一年的夏天，在一个叫做vichy的小镇学语言，宁静、闲适而悠长。后来就读大学
的老师跟我们半开玩笑的说：“这大概是你们最轻松最没有压力的暑假了”。住在法国
房东老太家里，白天在小镇的学校食堂吃“大锅饭”，晚上在房东家吃的都是家常西餐
：牛排，煮青菜，奶酪，黄油、鲜奶油做的浇汁，实在难以称为美味，以至于临近暑假
结束，我们到某贵的惊人却是唯一的中餐馆开牙祭的时候，连普普通通的白米饭都成了
我们的大餐，一扫而光，回味无穷。
但是真真喜欢，带给我惊喜的是法国的甜点。即使是生活得粗糙而不精致、厨艺不敢
恭维的房东老太也能做几样令我赞不绝口的饭后甜品。出国前，我对西式甜品的尝试仅

个tarte的lipsurgence，本来没以为我会喜欢套装中的它，结果属它最惊艳，上色效果

好的超市，比如wholefoods，真的是一种美食色情。很喜欢merlot cheese，等高端奶
酪。各种法式面包，guacamole，鹰嘴豆泥。可烤的半成品，海鲜，各种pasta和酱。
喜欢甜点的可以买到华夫饼，派， tart，自己回来烤。
喜欢墨西哥菜的还可以买点ground beef，回来做fajita，tacos， 或者nachos。
