中國民用航空局4月25日致函44家外國航空公司，要求業者在官網或應用程式的航點選
單上，將台灣稱作「中國台灣」或「中國台灣地區」。英國航空（British Airways）

白宮5月以「歐威爾式胡言亂語」砲轟北京後，全美3大航空公司遲遲未做修改，直到7

7月25日是中国要求外国航空公司去除台湾国家称谓的最后期限。美国三大航空公司在
网站上以“台北”取代了“台北-台湾”。中国政府称此为“积极进展”，“给予肯定
”。
美国、达美、联合航空公司的订票网站虽除了“台湾”的国家称谓，但并没有按照中国
的要求将台湾称为中国的一部分，即 “中国台湾”（Taiwan, China）。现在的目的地
“台北”没有标明国家。
美国航空公司（AA）把台湾改成台北-桃园国际机场（TPE-Taoyuan International）；
达美航空公司(Delta) 去掉了台湾，在台北后面留下一个逗号（Taipei,）；最晚更新
网站的联合航空公司(United)，在北京时间7月25日下午1：45，将台湾改成了台北-桃
园（TPE-Taoyuan）。

“不为所动”的印度航空终于决定整改，将官网上的“台湾”字样改为“中华台北”。
此举打了印度激进学者的脸，有印度学者曾叫嚣，印度没有理由遵循一个中国原则。
中国民航局日前致函44家外国航空公司，要求其整改涉港澳台信息，纠正其官网相关内
容中违反中国法律、违背一个中国政策的错误做法。大多数航空公司已遵照要求改标“
中国台湾”，但还有美国等国家的少数航空公司拒绝整改，印度航空此前也不予整改，
截止到6月，仍将“台湾”作为“国家”显示。不过，印度媒体发现，印度航空现在已
经做出了整改。
据“今日印度”报道，印度航空（Air India）近日已经将官网上的“台湾”字样改为
了“中华台北”。继新加坡、日本及加拿大等国的航空公司改变描述之后，印度跟随了
它们的脚步。印度航空此前表示，会将此事提交给印度外交部处理，印度媒体称，这可
能预示着印度方面对类似事件的态度有所转向。

My comment: For one, I was not impressed by DPP claim of victory, either. In
the 1997 local elections, DPP won many, including Annette Lu 呂秀蓮 in
County of Taoyuan, which is not even in play this year. Mr. Cossa is the
first one who shouts the emperor--DPP, that is-- has no clothes on. Take a

桃園縣地景藝術節的主要展覽創作「月兔」仰望一輪明月，交織「月兔望月」的景象。

居民站路邊…一睹車陣
荷蘭籍藝術家霍夫曼特別為桃園打造的廿五公尺高「月兔」，吸睛度百分百，中秋連假
第二天，昨單日吸引卅萬人次遊客，平常人車極少的鄉間小道全天塞到爆。
觀賞潮在下午三時達到最高峰，車流從桃園縣大園鄉海軍基地，回堵至五公里遠的國道
二號大園交流道，活動所在地的大園鄉建國十一村，不少居民在路邊排排站，「觀賞」
從未有過的塞車盛況。
霍夫曼為二○一四桃園地景藝術節特別創作的「月兔」，中秋節應景推出，人氣不輸黃
色小鴨。四日開展當天吸引二萬八千人次參觀，五日四萬人次；中秋節連假三天首日創
下廿五萬人次，昨再破紀錄，達到卅萬人次。
天公很賞臉，艷陽天讓車流、人潮一早就湧現，記者實測從桃園縣政府出發至活動現場
，十八公里路程平常開車只需卅分鐘，但昨天下午三時許出發上國道二號，在大園交流

2.不移植用常规输血和去铁,如果条件好病人活到30-40岁没有问题.
如果要移,要近早在肝变大和纤维化之前做.没必要来美国,做的多的都是Thalassemia多
的国家.以下的文献是台湾做的35例非亲属移植,The 5-year OS and thalassaemia-
free survival after the first transplant were 88.3 and 73.9%, respectively.
