what exactly does the bleed valve do during the filling of PCP cylinder
with the scuba tank?
now I'm charging my PCPs manually with high pressure pumps
and I do notice a screw at the bottom of the pump next to the pressure
meter, the release of which after pumping the rifle to desired pressue
will bring down the meter reading at the pump and make the port
connected to the rifle's cylinder able to disconnect. Is this
a bleed valve?

Rossignal SAS 140Ti bindings at REI.com; got them mounted and took them to
skiing at Alta today. Man, is it float like a carrier on new powder but
crushes light crust like a tank. I had a lot of fun with it and enjoyed the
powder with an Alta ski instructor, whom I know for 20 years and lives just
few miles apart but never skied together.
I was never a gear head or rarely participated in gear discussions but I

The correct way is to make UEs. e.g., you can force yourself to volley
on every point, like what CC does to asus. You can also return serves
to the net or out of bound, using 100% pace. The trick is to hit high
risk shots, but try to make sure the ball doesn't go in, otherwise
