发帖数: 351 | 3 CV好的社区旧房6000多齿的LOT算很小了吧，很多都七八千尺以上，绿化好，LOT够宽，
房子都是有头有脸，三车库+正门+大窗户，整齐划一，就算不了解本地房市的人一看就
知道这个是体面的社区；不像那些新房缩头缩脑跟火车车厢一样窄长条车库都是TANDUM
的，整个社区也没绿色；
旧区没有HOA，MELLO ROOS也就100/月，新区这两样算上，3000尺的房子至少500+了，
楼主难道不算这个帐？ |

provide additional muscle power.
On skis or boards, unless you can separate the guy who can steer from the
other guy who... i dunno, just provide additional weight - it could get
dangerous, or at least would be very funny to watch. :) |
