上次看到大家介绍tampon，觉得自己土死了，来美国3年了还不知道有这么个好东西，
于是屁颠颠去买了一大盒，盼啊盼今天姨妈做客，赶紧试试，倒是很容易就塞进去了，
但是对于深度没把握，我是把那条线全露出来了，还是有异物感，这是不是塞的不够深
啊？到底要多深才合适？
顺便问一句啥时候换，现在流量比较小，盒子上说8小时之内必须换，明天流量大，怎
么才知道吸饱了好及时换？
第三个问题是我现在还用了个超薄短pad作为back up,是不是用护垫就可以了？不会哗
啦一下子出来吧，不想丢人啊。
