悉情况的人给点建议。
事情是这样的，我前面的一辆车爆胎了，停在了高速的路中央，开了报警灯。我
看到以后紧急刹车，没有撞到前面的人，但是我的车被后面的撞了。后面的车报废了，
我的车受损很严重。人都没有受伤。警察给了我对方的保险号码，但同时也要了我的号
码。
我现在的问题是，警察口头说是后面的车的责任，要我向保险公司索赔，保险公司
是direct general。他只给了我一个撞车的list，上面没有写是谁的责任。我也没有得
到一个正式的report。我怎么得到这个report。警察给了我名片是florida highway
patrol trooper golden,也不知道是个什么机构。这种情况我有可能要负责任吗
我现在在jacksonville的酒店住下了，这期间的一些开销怎么向保险公司要。比如
住酒店的钱，我现在还得租个车回tallahassee.
