唧或者哭几分钟。今天午饭的时候我公公居然跟我说，＂你再这样孩子以后都不会跟你
亲了＂。然后又说国内这么大孩子都离不了妈，妈要出门了都得嚎上一整天。可气的是
虽然娃早晚都是我带，跟爸爸却最亲，一定要爸爸抱。我公公这么说还有一个原因就是
因为各种原因我一直甭奶九个月从来没有胸喂过。
因为sleep tain已经跟我公公发生过好多不愉快了，只要娃一哭不肯睡觉他就说娃不困
，让继续玩，困了自然就睡了。
大家说说，sleep tain和娃单独睡觉会导致娃过于独立不跟妈亲吗？ |

不过鳄鱼没告诉我他去了哪个城市。具体的是我放狗搜的。他贴的第一张照片取名叫物
理中心，那就应该是在伯恩，因为我在网上找到的图里伯恩的物理中心长得和他贴的一
样。
然后他的第三张照片名叫tain view，一开始我找tain ，是在Scotland，但是没有找到
那个青铜雕像。于是我又从伯恩着手，我想老大应该是就近坐船观光了。伯恩附近就是
莱茵河。我先搜莱茵河畔的景点图片，一开始没有头绪，换了几个关键字也没找着。然
后我又用德语来搜，就看见了。原来这个雕像很有来头。有人称它是德国最有名的雕像
之一。它叫Das Deutsche Eck，是German Emperor Wilhelm I的雕像，位于the Mosel
和 the Rhine的交汇处。（原雕像在45年的世界大战中被破坏，93年修复的。）寓意是
德国的统一。

个月连个call 都没了。实在没信心了。准备放弃医院工作了，省点力气多赚一些钱把
女儿接回来吧。上周末下定辞职的决定后，连续玩了三天。6年了，从来没有这么轻松
过。
我一直认为自己没tainning,总觉得自己不够好。现在终于知道tainning 是咋回事了。
也见识了据说很牛的preceptors'的水平。
这星期回原来的Registry工作了，这两天被送去一个前年一直去的医院，像回到娘家一
样，很亲切。 那里的护士们见到我也好开心。不过似乎任务更重了,Charge Nurse 说
不好意思了，把这里最麻烦的病人都给你了.12 小时没停过，不过shift结束时还是有
很强的Job satisfaction.

1863年的时候，葛底斯堡还算是一个地区性的交通中心，十多条公路和铁路在这
里汇集。那场血腥的大战为什么会在这里发生，交通枢纽的地位，算是一个最好
的解释。1780年，一个叫葛底斯（James Gettys）的人在这个道路汇集的地方建
了一个小堡寨，这里因此得名葛底斯堡。后来它逐渐发展成为一个小城镇，镇子

、瑞典等国诸多有成就学者的首肯。鉴于这一形势，陈垣等中国学者多次表示，应当将
汉学中心由巴黎夺回到中国来；1928年1月，傅斯年向蔡元培陈述建立中央研究院历史
语言研究所之必要，揆其初衷，也未尝不是出于同样的心态。
法国的汉学之所以能在这一时期脱颖而出，在于当时的法国汉学家一代比一代具有更加
明确的指导思想和问题意识：若要使汉学研究富有成果，就不仅需要致力于探讨中国和
东亚的传统旧学，也需要善于参照西方的古典旧学，借鉴近代西方日新月异的新知，促
使汉学更加邃密深沉；与此同时，也不能忽视西方近代科研模式的不断更新或转型，推

英国人认不认识汉语？不认识！
那么英国人在学英语单词的时候需不需要记住单词的汉语意思？不需要，英国人的英语
课本里根本就没有汉字，何谈记住单词的汉语意思？
那么既然英国人学英语不需要记住(甚至根本就见不到)单词的汉语意思，那么中国人学
英语为什么要去记住单词的汉语意思呢？这种做法大家不觉得奇怪吗？
然而由于中国人学英语时都在背单词的汉语意思，因此大家反而觉不出“背汉字”有什
么奇怪的了。
其实仔细想一想，这个行为真的很奇怪，奇怪的根源不在于行为本身，而在于中国人普
遍不会直接识别英语单词的意思，因而只好靠汉语符号来机械地帮助记忆英语单词的意
思，这样去学英语不仅多此一举，而且必然会陷入苦海无边的符号记忆灾难中。
其实英语单词和汉字一样，存在着很多的“偏旁部首”，知道了偏旁部首你就可以根据
它们直接来猜测单词的意思，虽不说百分之百猜准，但起码可以猜测个大概，至少在别
人告诉过你单词的意思后你可以恍然大悟地领会它，这样就可以大大增强你对英语单词
“见字识意”的能力，做到真正认识一个单词，而把它的汉语意思仅做为一般参考。

让她睡自己的小床，但和我们一间房。我觉得为宝宝尽快建立生活的routine非常重要
。因为宝宝的作息规律了，我们就可以尽量避免宝宝在我们怀里睡着，而是到时间，只
要知道她吃饱了，拍好了嗝，就把她放到小床上。可能是因为从很小的时候就这样，所
以基本上没有经历什么cry out.我是全母乳，虽然有时候宝宝有时候因为还没吃够奶，
就睡着了，但基本上生活很规律，也不需要哄睡或陪睡。当然，我只有这一个小孩，可

我家宝宝从来没有tain过，头两个月，因为reflux天天晚上是爸爸抱着睡，第三个月是
和我们一起在大床睡，满100天后，放到自己小床上，第一个自己睡的晚上，竟然一点
没哭，就睡了。从5个月开始，从7pm睡到7am，一直很好。
不过，我们很注意她的生活作息，在月子里时记录宝宝的吃，睡，拉，慢慢摸索，在第
三个月的时候，引入了版上推荐的E(ating) A(ctivity) S(leeping) Y(our time)
schedule，每个月根据宝宝的变化适当调整。
还有，我从来不让宝宝自己哭着入睡，一般到睡觉时间，看她有困意了，就放到crib，
给她唱唱歌，说说话，或者读读诗歌，差不多睡着了，我才离开。也就十几，二十分钟
的事，我自己很enjoy这种时刻，就不知道宝宝是不是真喜欢了，：）。 |

想这个MM是知道的。
如果谈到Sleep Training，孩子是否有Sleep Routine， 孩子是醒着但是迷糊了你才放
下去的对吗？ 这两步是否做好了？ 这些问题解决了，其实也就是我们说的SLeep
Training Tain好了，孩子晚上醒来的状况会好转很多。
我最喜欢的SLeep Routine是， 孩子吃了Night Time Snack，洗刷了， 换衣服，念书
， 打开音乐，关灯， 一起听一两首歌，孩子迷糊了，但是还是醒着的，仍下去，走人
。。。即使Train好了的孩子，也会反反复复，我会锲而不舍，坚持坚持坚持，我理解
孩子的睡眠会反复，我知道只要坚持就会有成效。。。

biologist, I did not pay attention, because little time the food spend in
mouth guarantees little digestion in mouth.
Basically, you are correct. However, long chewing in (human) mouth creates
all sort of sugars--resulting from breakdown of starch. Maltose is just one
of many sugars created.
For those who don't know, 麥牙糖 is maltose in English. Maltose is two units
of glucose held together, while starch is a long chain of |
