前提是你对你的蛋白质上的domain和功能有很好的了解。不要插在其中，myc-tag尽量
能够暴露在外。
放在两端也可能会破坏蛋白质功能，比如N端信号肽。又比如KASH protein，myc放在C
端一定不行。
最简单的是BLAST一下，看看那个地方不保守就放哪里。 |

2.切掉tag需要工业上生产GM Plevel的蛋白酶，成本和QC难度指数增长
3.现有的process足以应付untag的蛋白药物。
4.工业纯化要大量，快速，低成本，易操作，纯化的步骤简洁，产量高。和实验室里迅
速得到一个蛋白的思路完全不一样。工业纯化中象sizing column是不会或极少出现的
