想了一个需要改变Young Tableu 得法子，每次删除当前最小M[0][0]，然后花费M(行)+N（列）的代价重组YoungTableu 作K次 返回M[0][0] |

好不容易得到的面试机会，没有立刻book店面（本人高能物理PHD，还没毕业，去年下
半年决定找马工工作；自己觉得博士期间科研干得不错，也做很多coding和大数据处理
，可惜只有FLG理我，而且由于初期准备不足，都挂了）。
上周第一次店面，和面试官聊得很好，题目比较简单，水过。 具体如下：
1. leetcode那道soduku solver
2. 写个数据结构，完成各个member function，什么set, get, insert，delete啊
面试完基本上十分钟内就收到回复，说进入第二轮。
第二轮是一个女面试官（他家就那么几个人，只能说这么多了）。google-hangout老连
接出问题（不得不抱怨，更新后的g-talk不给力啊！），折腾了半天，原计划4点开始
的店面拖到4：20。后来无奈之下转投skype，开始：
1. 聊了半天我得背景。前两天刚看别人经验贴，说是要好好利用暖场时间，于是
就聊开了；从后来结果来看，在这个上面花时间有点长了，不如直接上题。

1. 某大公司很熟，经常炒人，LEAD 到DIRECTOR都经常换人，估计又是ABUSE
DEVELOPER的地方，自己数据烂，把责任都推在搞开发的人身上
2.一些小公司，就要求你什么都会，INFORMATICA要会，TABLEU也会，SSIS要熟
ORACLE MYSQL也要熟，最好还能写,NET CODE，还要有云开发的经验，会搞大数据就更好
尼玛，一个忙着搞数据的DEVELOPER，还有时间去写NET CODE，普通NET DEVELOPER的工资
比SR DB DEVELOPER高都不知道，我搞NET还去做数据库开发，估计招些四不像，其实
啥都不熟的。 |

我老板非让我作按照 percentage 的高低，能变深浅那种地图。比如这个地区去年30%
hispanic, 今年变多了，颜色就自动变深那种。

发帖数: 12461 | 13 据说老人说，宁可去加州公司重头学习也不要去传统公司倚老卖老。
传统公司也招data scientist也招machine learning，不过很多时候思维还是老的方式
，例如可能觉得tableu加上hadoop处理买来的数据就够hard core了。而且传统公司的
缺点是不缺钱也不想稳扎稳打。
这样的公司一定要以中层以上的身份过去，或者就是能技术业务活学活用，要不然过几
年就被带坏了。 |
