我是用楼主提供的keyword Google了一下，跳出一堆links，打开一个填了个问卷，然
后log in到syw主页（第一次知道syw还有个网站，以前一直以为它是Sears的一个下属
program，然后在别的网站上瞎逛了10分钟左右，再回syw一查，7块钱到账了。纯粹瞎
打瞎撞，到现在也不知道db什么意思，doorbuster bonus? |

了，只能用非实名的facebook账户注册了滚点。请问现在如果拿着打印的syw会员卡去
sears买东西，小二会不会一定要看id 查证名字呢？谢谢！ |

received the email notification for the surprise points.
Based on my limited experience, it usually take a day or so to appear in the
SYW account after email notification. Then you can use it. |

的是大于5刀的东西，不足部分用KMART GC补上了。
10月30日拿到FitStudio Points的第二个5000点，11月6日（过期日）傍晚在店里买了
大于5刀的东西，指明用点数结账，回家一看这个5000点似乎凭空消失了。扣的点数是
我11月4号中了Sweeps Award 10000点里扣的。
好奇怪！以前SYW的点数都是午夜过期的。
而且回想起来也觉得奇怪，我收到中了10000点Sweeps Award的提示信息后，过了几个
小时看见账户里有了10000点，以为是奖励点数到账了，但是当时账号里FitStudio
Points的第二个5000点没有使用，也就是说到账的奖励点数只有5000？
我查了账户里奖励点数记录，FitStudio Points的第一个5000点，FitStudio Points的
第二个5000点，Sweeps Award 10000点是分别列出的。
SYW的点数凭空消失5000点！
有大虾知道这是怎么回事么？ |

显示你所选的item是不是 eligible for syw pts. 收到3个surprise pts, $8 for
clothing, $10 for shoe, $10 for home. 竟然让我凑到在一单里把以上3个全用掉，
最后自己付了8分

前几天在SEARS网上买东西，一直CHECKOUT的时候没有点
但是SYW显示10，000点
今天到店里去买东西，结帐的时候CASHIER告诉我SYW账号被SUSPENDED了
为什么会发生这样的情况？

刚才查邮件，看到一个订单两天前被取消了，说是因为是SEARS的原因，额外送我$5。
结果，查帐户，里面只有$5,都已经过去两天了，我买东西时用掉的$10 POINTS怎么没
立刻回来呢？有没有人被SEARS或KMART取消订单以后，好多天POINTS自动回来的呢？
需要跟SYW 客服TALK吗？谢谢。 |

块拿到SYW点，完了再接下来的一个半月里不停地找寻机会花掉这100块，一般来讲，最
后还得多出点钱。对SEARS来讲，他用一些电子垃圾做诱饵，让你在店里花100块，因为
他的成本低于50%，所以他最后还是赚的。
对消费者来说，这些坑爹免费的东东，基本上是牌子没人听过的垃圾，或者是过期的库
存，价值远远低于标价，拿到家里都没兴趣打开。我建议如果不是特别需要，不要跳那
些东西。 |

当时Load in account，也打印了coupon去店里，小二扫进去也说offer没问题，但是
receipt上没有出10，000点。
回家看帐户，上面说这个offer已经redeemed，但是10，000点还是没有收到。
店里小二说可能48小时bonus points才到账，请问最近有新规则吗？
